I am using a mobile phone, so I will remove the shitty posts later. I will stand by my actions and the only abuse I see taking place, my dear Vince, is continuing a shitty argument even after being warned by a forum moderator.

Jenn is an example of a nice Argonath player, and even more so a VCPD Chief. Not only does she treat colleagues as family and friends rather than subordinates while maintaining order, but has done what her counterparts on other servers have never managed to succeed in; achieving full cooperation with the server's established FBI Division.
 
If Jenn is qualified as a Police Chief, then I see no harm in trusting her with a Sergeant's badge. SAPD has gotten itself into a lot of problems and needs more veterans to help it, especially those with Argonath MTA:VC touch... since our home server is indisputably the closest to the vision.
 
Also, do not think of telling the Vice City FBI Director to keep his nose out of here, since I am also an SAPD Member.

If the academy has changed so much that people can't be reinstated, why does the system for reinstatements still exist?

Since she was last here, the Academy has changed three times in structure, Upper Commands decision is for older Officers to go through training as there are new procedures. We've kept rein-statements for a reason, but that doesn't mean everyone can be simply returned.
