I would like to join the police force because i like to be in an organized, equipped and trained group of skilled players. If there weren't for ARPD, mayhem would be caused and newbie dm-ers would be running around just shooting everyone in sight. With a force that neutralizes players who do a homicide, they might learn they're not supposed to do that. And simply because i want to contribute to the city.

About a week ago, he helped organize and demonstrated in one of the largest riots we've seen in Vice City, killing several of our finest officers and helping in destroying two of our hunters.
