also whereas we are not a deathmatch server, you have serious connection problems, your lag renders to be literally unplayable. not to mention trouble in shooting, you will have problems in roleplay as well. delayed messages, actions, etc

Let's say this better, you need to be patient. Everything you need to do is to wait. If you apply everywhere it will just make your chances to be accepted lower. If noone gives you an answer on your application in one day, that doesn't actually mean you have been denied. So, take your time and just keep the good job  .
