After further investigation and confirmation by Gandalf himself regarding the ban, it turned out to be more of a precaution as clarification was needed about the whole situation. Therefor Frederick is reinstated to his previous ranks as no actual rulebreak was committed by himself and advised to be more careful in the future to avoid such incidents again.
