Easy one.

Choose the model you want, then download TXD Workshop 4.0B.
Now, get your vehicle files on your desktop. (You need to have a .dff file and a .txd file)
Open the .txd file with TXD Workshop as a .txd file. (Not .IMG) Then find the ''body'' texture (It's not hard to find, it's probably the bigger image)
Then replace to your desired texture.

Mine in txd already, You can just rename txd and dff then replace it with copcars
