You keep breaching the rules... (Hiding inside interior as suspect, making false hostage, abusing of /bizzfee to make cops entrance difficult...)
... And want a SAPD promotion?

You also have been abusing your freecop commands, and jailing suspects from other cops' work...

Sorry, but I think you should stay more time learning the rules and respecting them.
I think you're not ready for a promotion to SAPD cadet.

I advise spending more time learning the rules and laws of the server and region.

I believe you need more time to get an idea how SAPD operates (we the guys in dark blue!).

Learn the regulations and carry out cop work to the best of your ability in the meantime. This will give you the experience to make it into SAPD and will also give you a chance to really see if its what you want.

I you rule them but often I break them to obtain silver, never abuse the commandos and neither I did the false hostage to myself, if I have abused the/bizzfee but as(like) already repeti before it was to gain(earn) silver...

I am going to work very much being a policeman(police) to demonstrate you that if I can be a good policeman and you rule them, from already thank you very much

yes i think ferchu diserve to be a arpd, i always see him as a cop and working good. he always help, i cant say nothing wrong, he is a good guy. i tought he will be a good boy too as a ARPD, good luck ferchu

One key rule, any good Officer will underline to you about cop work; Patience, have some Sir, and just wait, if you're happy you've done all you need to do in your application, then you will recieve replies from Chief CBFasi soon enough, hes a busy man, thanks for your understanding and good luck with the application.

Sadly, I don't wish you luck on getting in ARPD. First of you Hide into interior. Second your a terrible driver and ramm people that aren't even suspects. Third you don't wait for suspect to surrender you just shoot. Fourth was you abuse /SU alot. You don't deserve to be in ARPD.

I advise you to stop multiposting in this application.
Believe me that will do anything EXCEPT for speeding the process up.

Just be patient, patrol with officers, show them you know and understand the laws and they might leave some positive comments about you here.
And believe me, positive comments from an official officer help a lot more then multiposts.
