Today on Heavy Patrol we pursuit car which wreckless driving first PD car, /su for wreckless driving/interefing in pursuit. Officer Tom using Drive By of Suspect in Medic Rancher and crime "reckless". Is not allowed for this. I request stop shooting to him but he ignore me.
Officer Tom_Wilson is not ready to take SAPD rank,must more learning procedures.

I Was Not Dbing And I Was Just "Aiming" In Heavy Patrol And I Was On Foot With Gibson_Collin When I Shooted On Lazee (That Medic) And He Was Going To Dillimore From Ls And He Was "Reckless"Driving I Didnt only suspected Him For Interfering In Pursuit Omar_Aly Also Did And U Didn't Requested To Stop shooting If U Did I Didn't Saw That I Am Sorry I Was Busy In Managing Rodeo And I Am Sorry For Saying This Please See Right First Then Take An Action Sorry,I Apologize.

Tom you where shooting dont lie, anyways its not good for SAPD applicaint to shoot a slow car with a person suspect for wreckless driving inside

Okay, SAPD Applicants do not have to follow our regulations, as they are not SAPD. However, it is recommended they do, as that is the rules you would have to follow as a Cadet+.
In this case, the regulation is DBing a car slower than you, when they were not placing you in direct danger (like shooting you).

I Dont Lie Firstly I Was Aiming I Dont Remember Of Shooting.If I Did I Must Be Shooting At Tyres As I Got SAPD Training For That.I'll Try To Follow As Much Rules As I Can.

Greetings ARPD Officer Tom Wilson

Today ARPD Officer Wilson worked together with myself and ARPD Officer Abby conducting regular patrols around LS. Officer Tom performed quite well as the Officer knew how to handle the radio although one thing I would suggest is that the Officer should keep in mind that while he is riding shotgun on a cruiser, he should update the location of suspects that are being pursued to the driver.

From what I've seen so far the Officer is performing very well.
