Captain Kenny
« on: October 27, 2011, 22:27:27 pm »
Due to dramatic decrease in my activity and the toll of real life baring on me, i am hereby resigning from the SAPD. I do not feel right to hold a rank where it could be filled by other hard working officers in my department.

At the moment i can hardly visit a computer let alone have some free time to play. I know alot do hate me because of rumors they heard but the closest who have worked with me know how much effort i put into working for SAPD. I understand the command might be hesitant to deny my resignation letter however this is the right decision, the time has come and its my time unfortunately.

Alot of names i wanna name but dont have the time for it, so i really wish y'all sucessfull year and goodluck nevertheless.(When i get a chance i will name the most influential current and previous people i have work alongside with in SAPD.) There might be a chance i will be returning in the future, where i would have free time and request a re-reinstatement, i just hope then the current and future leaders remeber how much effort i put into SAPD.

I would like to personally congratulate on these departments i overseen in my career at SAPD:

LSPD - I know this was one hell of a department and still is, do not let it crumble. It was an honor to have lead this department as a Captain. The officer of this department are motivated and hardworking, all they need is command presence who will lead them to the right direction. I have confidence in Sushi. Goodluck Mate.

SWAT: Being a commander was not such an easy job, the daily trainings i had to give were hard, however it was all worth it, half of the SWAT team were SRU members, one of the best division and effective in SAPD by far. If i was to give my honest opinion about current SWAT, i would say it needs new tactical leaders who themself know what they are doing. Nevertheless i believe the upper command will make the right decision soon.

The Academy: The academy Chief job is not something to be taken lightly, whoever is leading it (dont know atm) i really hope you are in direct communication with the chief and deputy chief into shaping the future of new officers. The academy is the first they experience when joining SAPD and believe me when i say this...you have alot on your hands.

Signed;
Ex-Captain Kenny
Retired Captain..

Good luck Kenny.

Also before you go, know that you had potential, some may of not saw it, but you were a hardworker, which is why I believed in your work.
You were a good cop, you had your mistakes too, but you did well in amending them. SAPD wishes you farewell.

Have fun, keep on top of your life and prosper.

I'm still holding your place, so thanks for anything you gave to me. If you did not gave me the trust in the beginning, I would not have been Academy Chief by now.

Thanks for everything you learned me and the for times you made fun of me - cause in the end, I will miss that.

Kenny, I've gone through a damned lot with you in my opinion and despite what others say, are one of the most hard working and dedicated officers that the SAPD has ever seen. Whether it was the with the Academy, LSPD or SWAT, you always gave it your all and others could see that. You've left behind a group of officers that are ready to do what it takes to make things work well and efficiently. I'm sure if you have time again for the SAPD, we'll be waiting here for you with open arms.

From the start I joined the LSPD you've always been there for your members. Showing good potential. Even when you have been super pissed off at me and I can truely understand why you did that. Because you wanted a success out of me. You made me learn by my mistakes and we've always been hanging around.

I've had good times with you Kenny and I wish you good luck achieving success in your real life.
