ARPD Database Forum Section

ARPD Database
Forum section

I'd like to propose an expansion to our forums, as mentioned in the title, ARPD Database, Databank, what ever you fancy to title a Database, but I think the section would not only provide usefull information, but lend a chance for our Officers to expand on their characters, the Forum section would provide the following sub forms:-

Argonath Metropolitian Police Department - Databank

Officer Database
Logged Officer Profiles

Criminal Database
Logged Criminal files "A-Z"

Crime Location Statistics
Logged Crime locations

Officer Database
Sticky: Rules of Profiles
(Short sticky giving forum rules, the profile being an RP History, perhaps a log-book of the Officer, max two threads per officer)
Sticky: Example Profile
(For those interested in making a profile but don't know how, they could use this)

Criminal Database
Sticky: Rules of Records
(One post per suspect, recorded crimes can be posted as replys, this can be used in court cases, etc)
Sticky: Example Record
(Gives example of how to write a record)

Crime Location Statistics
Sticky: Rules of Location Statistic reports
(Explains how a report should be written)
Sticky: Current Criminal Hot-Spots
(Officer put in charge of monitoring reports can easily see by titles of criminal hot-spots, e.g. Los Santos, Idlewood GS9 placed on the title, short description of the crime to see if its a major auto-theft area, it just alerts Officers on patrol to the area they're in and to the type of crimes in the area)

Summary:

Officer Database - RP Section for Officers to own one or two threads, giving background information on their Officer, and if they want, a log book of the days that take place and patrols they wish to record, images, etc.

Criminal Database - Major crime records, this way, we actually know who has a criminal record, this can be very usefull for repeat offenders, for example, Officers will know the suspect will most likely be armed if he repeat offends auto theft for example.

Criminal Location Statistics - One sticky gathered by information reported by Officers to create 'Criminal hot-spots', which could lead to Campeigns such as 'Idlewood Drug-House Crack Down Campeign, Code name: Pheonix', it allows Officers to realise they are in a dangerous, high crime gun area, for example. Lots of usefull possibilities to this forum section.

Usefull? In my opinion, yes, to both FBI for federal cases, to courts for evidence and to Officers to crack down on high-crime areas, what are your opinions on this?
