Why do you want to join Vice City Police Department: Well, i simply got bored of criminal roleplay. Also i'm a cop in all other Argonath RPG servers, so i want to expand my police career into VCPD as well.
Also i want to bring some activity to VCPD , which , from what i see, is kinda lacking it.

Also i want to bring some activity to VCPD , which , from what i see, is kinda lacking it.

What do you (personally) think that you can bring to VCPD - what might make you stand out, perhaps, from the crowd? I would be interested in knowing what you are best at doing when you are on duty as a police officer.
Also, you stated that VCPD is inactive or not doing its job properly. What makes you say that, and why? If you have any direct examples, I would be keen to hear them.

Well , as a officer ,i will be honest, my shooting skills isnt best. However, i have a great knowledge of roleplay.

Just look at the departaments member list, even more than half is inactive in VCMP.

Well , maybe more roleplay and activity, i mean , if there is a new person in server that is actually intersted in playing cop role, i could teach them basics of the server just as i did yesterday with oen guy.

It's good to hear that you would be prepared to aid newcomers, and have a suitable knowledge of roleplay.

However, you seem more critical than constructive when it comes to VCPD itself. We appreciate that we're not the biggest police department, or the biggest part of the community for that matter. But that does not mean that the current members aren't doing their bit, putting in effort and in the long, run creating a homely community in its own right.
Nor should it mean that such remarks are to be made on so unstable grounds.

I dont have anything against VCPD, i think its even more professional than big fishes like SAPD.

However, inactivity is HUGE problem in VCPD that must be solved ASAP, otherwise departament will collapse...

Once again, I would suggest that you don't make such fleeting remarks with little thought or first hand experience. It's only in an attempt to aid this application - we're looking for those that are team players, those that can bring new ideas, fresh thoughts to the table; those that can uphold a positive aura.

I dont know exactly how, But Legend, i'm playing here long enough to tell that departament is not active enough. I always see only free officers, no VCPD Around. TBh only you and Shadow, stormeus are active.

I think inactivity can be fought with more strict rules on inactivity and such.

I know, but usually, when people are not able to fulfil their duties, they resign. Being inactive for like 3 months is very crazy ...

To avoid any more dashing remarks, it might brighten the mood if I tell you that those people on the official list who appear as inactive would have already informed the department beforehand about their absence - which, in almost all cases, have been due to real life things that are beyond adjustment.


While being part of the VCPD is a job, a well structured career, it's also meant to be flexible in relation to real life. People are not bribed, or given materialistic rewards in real life to stay active.

No one is forced either. :P
It would be up to the individual how much or how little they wish to put in. Generally the more someone puts in, the more they would get out.
