I've been patrolling with him, teaching him a little.

This Officer has good driving skills and shooting skills. He only lacks some SAPD Rule Experience, which he is currently learning. He proves to be a good partner, follows orders, and I believe he can prove to be a good addition to the SAPD.

Noticed someone mentioning abusive behaviour, this could be caused by a lack of knownledge, but he is definatly working on that, and he is taking every piece of advice given him.
