Suspects killed and/or apprehended:
Today I killed one suspect. I killed him, because he was evading. I ask him few times to stop and surrender, but he dont want. So I had no other choose.

Traffic stops conducted:
I pulled over some players. I pulled them over cause there speed. Few of them I have warned. One of them I ticket him $100 ($50 for speed, $50 for driving wrong lane). Fined Today: 1

Patrol time:
Patrol Time Today was 1-2 hour. I patrol few minutes with KerbeR_Kolta. The other time I was alone.

Incidents:
Incidents with chasing suspects was crashing to other cops/players.       

Conclusion:
Chasing suspects on foot is not the same with chasing suspects with car.

Today I killed a suspect, cause he wont surrender. Other cop suspect him cause he was standing on my copcar, Or i dont move, or i move and got accidently carkill him. But i waited until he was a suspect.

Traffic stops conducted:
I pulled over someone for driving on the wrong lane, I ticket him 50$. I asked him to pay, but he wont pay. Then he drove away, I suspect him.

Patrol time:
Patrol Time Today: 1-2Hour. Patrol with TheJorens=AAA= and with Mirkov

Incidents:
Today i got no incidents. No incidents with chasing suspects too.        

Conclusion:
Patrolling with a big group is easier then patrolling with a small group.

No one is forcing him to break traffic laws. For driving in wrong lane there should be high fine and 150$ seems pretty much ok to me.

Issuing a ticket/fine
The first and most important rule is to be always friendly with the traffic offender. After you commanded him to pull over, you must explain and clarify him good what exactly he done and eventually the price of the ticket/fine he is obligated to pay. In case that he is refusing to do so, you must warn/explain him the consequences - suspection, arrest. If the offender is still refusing to pay you are fully authorized to suspect him for the traffic violation he committed.
