[Rejected] SAPD Reinstatement | Jay_Adams
« on: January 13, 2012, 18:14:22 pm »
SAPD Application - Jay Adams
File Ref. #97531

Nickname (ingame): Jay Adams
Nickname (character): Jay Adams
Argonath Forums nickname: Itsonlyaname
Previous names: Julio_Hernandez, Itsonlyaname,
Age (ingame and real-life): 28, 18.
What is your timezone: GMT

How long have you played ArgonathRPG?: Around 4 and a half years.
Do you have a passport?: Yes.
Do you have a license?: Yes.
Have you ever been in SAPD before?, If you have, why did you leave? (If not, leave blank): Stress, lack of interest in SA:MP. Education.
Have you ever applied to SAPD, and have gotten denied? If you have, provide your old applications link (If not, leave blank):
Are you or have you been in any criminal groups? If yes, which?: Corleone, Solonik, I9.
How long you play a day: 4-5 hours.
Do you have any difficulties with speaking English?: None.

Do you agree with the Application Rules?: Yes.
Have you read all SAPD Police Procedures?: Yes.
What would make you an good officer?: Without a doubt. I've worked as one before and know the book by the letter.
Do you have experience on law enforcement groups?: Am currently studying Law and plan to go to university to gain an LLB. Also have worked alongside the British Metropolitan Police Service tackling youth crime in my local area.
Describe your work as an SAPD officer: Professional and committed to the last; even if a bit of a draconian at points. Though I achieve results without endangering life.
Why do you want the join the San Andreas Police Department:
I greatly miss Argonath, and have a burning desire to return to the community.
I greatly enjoyed my time on Argonath, and especially as part of the San Andreas Police Force. I understand that I've made mistakes in the past, and am not expecting those mistakes to be forgotten. I believe that returning to SAPD will allow me to develop myself as a person, and help to serve this prestigious department to the best of my ability. In order to enforce the law, and I wish to be a friendly and effective officer of the San Andreas Police Department.

I find that no game, or police department has been able to live up to the enjoyment that I experienced previously here. I hope to be able to repair what damage to my reputation that I've done in the past, and in turn assist in the exemplary police work done here, within SAPD in the past.

I certify that all information is true and correct.
Jay Adams

SAPD Inbox | Re-instatement Form #97532/b]
[13/01/2012]

You have [1] new e-mail.

Name when left: Jay Adams
Name currently: Jay_Adams
Rank when left (SAPD/SWAT): SAPD Captain / SWAT Commander

How many times reinstated: Unsure of the exact number, but 3-5 times throughout my SAPD career.
Reason why left: Inactivity / Mostly stress caused by work overload from education.

Reason for return:
An ability to return to law enforcement roleplay, and hopefully in doing so improve myself and the department. Also to rejoin old friends, and meet new friends alike who are currently in the SAPD. Finally a desire to rewire the wrongs that I've done in the past, and hopefully once again establish myself a reliable, and responsible member of this community.

I can easily recommend this officer for the SAPD, due to his amazing leading and commanding skills, his professionalism and attitude and due to the fact that he's British.

Jay Adams's roleplaying skills are amazing. He is qualified in every aspect, like history has proven he's able to solve any situation and would be the perfect asset for the entire S.A.P.D.

Agreed. If you want to leave, start all over from ARPD officer... 5 times is to much.

As i said, all haters go hug a tree.

Officer is EXTREMELY reccomended for this and another reasons:

  • Good tracking skill.
  • Good shooting skill.
  • Excellent driving skill.
  • Sense of releplay.
  • Willing to work deeper in SAPD, trying to upgrade it.
  • Good leading skill.

Not Reinstating this officer would be the worst what can happen.
If you want to higher up the SAPD level, then don't even think about denying.

As i said, all haters go hug a tree.
Well put.
If people thought it through logically, 5 reinstatements isn't so bad looking at how long Jay has been here.
And also, if people think they have the right to shit on someone as kind and long-serving as Jay, there's something wrong.

Command makes decisions on reinstatement, not the moaners. Leave him be.

Warning..

Hello, Applicant Jay_Adams.
If you are reading this message, you are being issued a verbal warning.
This is because of your provocative behaviour presented yesterday towards 2 SAPD members while they were just trying to give you some advise.I recommend you to drop that kind of attitude and start respecting your fellow officers.
We hope you take this warning seriously and will not repeat these actions again.

Signed,

Don.Cipone
SAPD Lieutenant

S.A.P.D Short Patrol Report #001

Officers: Jay Adams / Kellborn
Timings: 2:00-3:30pm
Date: 17/01/2012

Officer's Account:

During this patrol shift officers where involved in numerous high-speed pursuits. Officers responded to multiple 10-66's, and acted as community support to local residents of the Idlewood area to ensure, and reinforce citizens of the positive image of the San Andreas Police Department.
Officers also responded to code 261 in Ganton, ensuring that the victim received support, and medical treatment after the incident before continuing to catch the assailant, who is currently serving time at the State's pleasure.

Patrol is still taking place, and more information will follow this report.
