What about taking some screenshots as proofs of your patrol? You patrol too many times single without taking any screenshot. It's not a nice method to fill your application. It could be a lie. Anyways, I hope it's not.

Though, pictures are good! They can tell a story if you get the right photos...good thing for trainings etc

Keep up the good work, by being active, you will cover up your lack of Englis skills and you're probably going to get accepted into SAPD, some day.
