If your application is noted as correct format, i dont think so.  But i think is nothing wrong if you will change in dd/mm/yyyy.

I started a patrol with Sky hawk from EQPD. We god many calls we did 2 roadblocks . At gante Bridge We did a Pull over for Wrecless driving. after we took a call from SF we entered SF When we took a respone to Bay side we /su a dealer and we was going to arrest/kill him but he escape with a Army Heli i spend the 3/4 of my bullets to explode the heli but nothing... We continued the patrol arround Tierra Robada/Bone County and we 10-19 EQPD To over the patrol. The problem was the - The date i have registered on ARPD Forums - ? i Have done this..... So the problem was the - - (gaps) Around the date? What a tiny detail....

The date should be the date, when You created You'r Application. Also it has to be in the middle - [ center ]...[ /center ]
