I would like to report that during patrol today, this applicant decided to curse at other officers for no reason, start unnecessary arguments and make rude noises. he was punished by team speak administration a number of times tonight which resulted in a ban and then a lot of flaming towards TS administration in SAMP public chat that was also dealt with. I believe that this officer needs to show more respect for other players and officers in ARPD / SAPD before he should be considered to be accepted.

I would also like to point out that after being team speak banned, this individual decided to cop-bait and death match cops for a large portion of the evening and being generally disrespectful to cops on the server. I would consider this applicant a loose cannon and thus unsuitable at this time for SAPD

Patrol Report Date: 4/2/12 Length: 3 Hours Long. Patrol Partner(s): Jonathan, S Collins, Def_Perry Suspects Arrested: 3 suspects arrested. Suspects Killed: 4 suspects killed. Investigations Performed: None. Tickets Issued: 1 ticket issued. Civilians Stopped: 2 People stopped. Description of your shift: My shift started at the LSPD, i began to look for a partner, i then saw Jonathan and asked if he wanted to patrol, he said yes, then we started to patrol, a couple minutes later we stopped a man in the car for reckless driving and endangering civilians, he eventually payed the ticket, After that me and him were trying to pull over a fireman but it turned into a pursuit, the fireman got away but the medic was aiding the suspect and he was taken down by lethal force for running, After that we responded to a code 30 at GS9, I got my first arrest for the day, Then after that, i went to go on an LSPD Organized patrol with a bunch of people, were suspected and were all taken down at EQPD. Then we started to pursue a bike near pershing square, we ended up taking the suspect down, After that we responded to a code 30 on the strip in LV, Successful, And then the patrol was over.
