Description of the crime: Me and Snr.Officer Verz were patrolling, when we saw a fireman doing suspicious activity. He kept ramming his fire truck up the stairs. When we told him to stop and pull over, he discomplied , therefor he got suspected. After serveral warnings to exit his vehicle, fire has been opened, he fled on foot and gave us impression of surrendering, but it was a clever trap, he then took the most comfortable moment and ran away, however, he didnt got away for, he was shot down.

I am still most displeased not only with your actions, but also with what false information you have been spreading about me to others behind my back. I was hoping you would have learned from what multiple command staffs (spanning 3 servers) have showed you, but you just had to take it up to a personal level by spreading false rumors about myself and FBI over MSN to certain individuals.

You should have realized that your suspension was a move to give you the needed time to reflect on your actions and fix them, because at the time you already did more than enough to get you fired. But you just had to make it worse for you, going so far as to abuse what leniency Legend gave you... you were right when you said a certain person is ruining your career all across Argonath, and that certain person is none other than yourself. The charges that got you fired from VCPD and SAPD are not things we conjured up, but the direct result of your own actions.

I will be keeping a close watch on you, and so will some others. After all, I have heard from more than one person that your affiliations are very quick to change depending on which would suit you for the situation, meaning I do not know if you have truly changed or if you are just trying to find a way back in.

Do not take this though as an indication that I am pleased to see you here, because after seeing such actions recently, I am not. If I find out you did not change after all, then do not expect any more second chances for a long, long time.

In fact i've really been mad at you and some other certain individuals about what happened, however, i tried to calm down and overlook the situation in the same light as individuals such as you and VCPD CMD would have seen, which got me to the conclusion that most of the part of this incident is to be blamed on me. However, i still refuse to accept that im the ONLY one to blame, but yes, the most mistakes were from my part.
The false information youre talking about was act of revenge, i was simply displeased, just how you are at this time. Yes, i do confess spreading it and i apologize once again, since there is nothing much i can do, i cant revert what's done.
Im not a bad person JDC, i dont know what got into me. I dont want to have anymore problems noir with you or with any member of VCPD/ARPD . I had amazing time while in VCPD Academy, and even more amazing time after passing it, i dont want to blow it away.
Also, im hoping if ever accepted to be eligible for reinstatement to Officer rank, since i have already passed the academy, but it doesnt depend on me and ill understand any decision you will make.

Klaus raises a point. Your willingness to desert the police role as quickly as you did makes me believe that the loyalty that you assert you have is false, and that once you've been ostracized from a role, you simply go wherever you have an opportunity to go.

This is one of those times I must agree with Klaus. How are we supposed to trust you now, when you are only reapplying here because no one else will accept you?

When i came back to VCMP, i applied to VCPD, didnt got accepted first time because i withdrew due to the fact many people were angry with me( Just as ZeRoX before ), then after a while i have reapplied and made it to VCPD. I had nice time in VCPD, but then i suddenly get discharged in such unpleasing conditions and for few forum posts. Well, simply then i think of trying a criminal roleplay once again, maybe i could make it to the same level i used to be before, but nah, didnt work out and after like 3 days, i re-apply to VCPD, since seeing im more capable of officer role, than a criminal one. I dont see what's wrong with that.

Healing in combat is disallowed as a universal server rule, according to owners themselves. This is regardless of what scripts may be present; if secret admin commands that the scripters forgot to secure were discovered by the public, that does not give them the right to use them.

First of all, the said person was an adversary of mine whose respect I earned recently.

Second, it is not the role you play that concerns me, but the fact that you change allegiances (look up the meaning of the word if you don't know it fully) depending on the situation. I cannot trust the loyalty of someone who speaks in the manner quoted here.

Fair enough; although extacy is unique in such way that if you take it before a combat situation and get provoked into a one, you will automatically heal anyways, so yeah..
I personally classify 'no healing in combat' as 'no regenerating hp by any commands while literally getting shot at'. I guess some discussion could be needed to describe how it's exactly supposed to be received by a player :P Not the topic though, so I'll stay out
