You're saying i'm receiving punishment after punishment? Proove your point. If not, why would you state invalid arguments that you cannot proove?

I am doing as i am told, but i do not like rumours being posted on my application, and then when i ask to justify those rumours, you fail to do so.

Okay, so for now. Max, you know your mistakes, you were fired from VCPD, you were denied in your first application in LU though given another chance after all, you were fired from SAPD IIRC and you end up coming again to VCPD.

I do not see it as loyality, however, I see you still use the same *joke* behaviour to hang around. We understand that people do mistakes, otherwise, they wouldn't be human, but mistakes after mistakes are not really tolerated. Remember this is probably your last chance in VCPD. As I said on the first post of mine, I want to see professional behaviour from you in VCPD. I know you can, I know you do have it, but you must show it! Good luck, and try to give out the best.

Pretty much truth Shadow, BUT, all those three punishments in SAPD, and LCPD were BECAUSE of VCPD one.

Regarding those whole fights with JDC, i do not want to make enemies with anyone. I wish to get into stable relations with him again, but seems like he is the one that refuses to do so, because he reacts negatively to anything i say...

Max when you get into a fight sometimes its better just to not engage. Best to build walls and let people come to you. You and me got off to a sorta rough start when I applied. Look at where we are now. Slowly walls turn to disrepair.
A few rules:
1. Leave the past.
2. Build walls.
2a. If they ask respond nicely not with a aggressive tone.
3. Slowly mend the bridge.
4. Remember this.

Now off to bed for me. Mean teacher give us homework just after examinations.

I will not tolerate people in this department who repeatedly exhibit patterns pointing towards mistakes that got them shitcanned in the past. This is not only regarding your childish actions of insulting others ingame, but also for other forum posts where you have come under fire from SAPD moderators.

The events that I stated in my posts were factual; you were punished again and again, through getting fired / denied from 3 departments and warnings from several other moderators on this forum. The only person conducting any distortion of the facts would be yourself.

In addition, you have accused me of false statements by pointing out grammar which clearly shows that I did not connect you and the statement of being banned, as it was directed about Kitrell. If you are in this department to find faults with your superiors, then you can forget about this application.

Be thankful you are receiving an explanation, because this will be your last. Any single valid complaint from ingame or other forum staff will lead to an instant denial of your application. I will not tolerate insubordination in this department.

Check my administrational punishment history, i never got a single punishment for anything related to insulting. And my administrational punishment history in VCMP, SAMP or any other server is relatively small, very small, only such minor warnings for minor discomplies.

Yet, you're once again now blaming it all on me like i am the only one guilty, denying anything you did wrong, and yet you call me childish.

Seriously SugarD i am REALLY getting pissed off. You're not even part of VCMP Argonath community and yet you come telling us what is VCMP glitching and what is not. We know better..

I already told my thoughts regarding this. Fast switch is NOT a glitch, it was INTENDED by VCMP Developers. Fast switch makes combat HARDER and makes actual USE OF SKILLS.
With having fast swithc off, VCMP combat would become nothing but jumping around and a matter of luck.

Your ridicullous statement once again prooves that you never play VCMP.

You are trying to ruin the game. Youre obviously vouching for something that we do not want to get disabled to get disabled, when you do not take part in VCMP activities and it shouldnt concern you at all.

Are you trying to say that drive-by'eing is glitching because you couldnt do it in singleplayer?

Constant justifying of abuse on VC:MP and provoking a person who is out for a genuine change in the community that will make it adhere to the rules it used to before Klaus' tenure as Manager... I have given you chance after chance with this application, and you have failed repeatedly.

My patience is at an end, and I will not tolerate any bullshit whatsoever in this department.

Reasons:

 - Constant provoking, flaming, and immaturity.
 - Insubordination and failure to comply with superior instructions.
 - Failure to learn despite repeated warnings and punishments.
 - Severely questionable ethics.

In addition to the above, you are hereby banned from making any further applications for the VC:MP VCPD. This is effective immediately, and expires on January 1, 2013 does not expire.
