Greetings officer Cody!

I just patrolled with you and yet you have still much to learn about enforcing the laws as a police officer. You need to study procedures and regulations a lot Cody, but you are still a officer with great enthusiasm, and engagement.

I can make a quick summary of how the patrol was and how I experienced it. First of all, you will have to improve and learn about the police radio. When you should report and when you shouldn't, what you should report and what you should not.
I caught you reporting "100A77 Unit 77: suspect NAME ID x is with us and we are now going to LSPD" instead of just reporting "100A77 Unit 77: suspect plate X 10-15 10-19 LSPD, code 4", easy and simple as that.

You also improve your knowledge of english grammar. As you even told in the application that you have a bit difficulties with the English grammar and language, I suggest you use google translate for words and such, try gaining all words and expressions that could be useful.  Although that you're working as a well standing officer on the field, then you should start listening to other officers that want to teach you and not take the role as command. After all, they might have more experience than you know. Even though that you said you've been a Sergeant on another server will not change anything within the ARPD and your application.

Also, you've suspected people that are copbating/cophunting instead of reporting them. This is also a important thing that you should be aware of. You are using a regular shotgun more than you're using a pepper spray, baton and deagle. You aim your shotguns at two suspects melee fighting, and use regular shotgun on suspect who shot at you with a deagle. I suggest you start using your deagle more. After all, the shotgun is a heavy weapon that should be used on heavier armed suspects.
