Patrol Report

Date: 28/5/2012

Length: 3 hours

Patrol Partner(s): (place answers here)

Suspects Arrested: None
Suspects Killed: 1

Investigations Performed: No suspect requested one, today.

Tickets Issued: ---
Civilians Stopped: 2 (The evaded later)

Description of your shift: Today I did not spend time on going on patrols and this is for 2 reasons.
1.I had much fun participating at an LSPD bombing situation.I arrived second and I called for support, told any officers coming not to engage and I stayed there until the end of the situation. The suspect was given an escape car by us but we managed to kill him after a relatively short pursuit.
2.Meanwhile a 207 was taking place. We all responded and we regrouped at FCPD.It was a really hard chase. In the end the suspect who was constantly on the move executed the hostage without negotiating. We went after him and he was killed at Bayside by Coast Guard Unit (suspect in the water).

Dash-Cam Pictures:

Conclusion: I had great time serving and protecting.

No /picklock just to check interiors.
  • -- Questions –
Can higher in command members like Senior Officers give permission for the use of heavy weaponry?
  • -- Plans for improvements –
I think all my plans were confirmed today.

P.S. Update the form please. The new forum appearance is good but the form with white letters makes it too difficult to read.

Assignment Report || Shooting Training

Leader(s):
Senior Officer Steve McGarrett
Lieutenant Don Cipone

Participants:
SAPD Officer [SACS]SkyHawk
SAPD Officer [AAF]Padres
SAPD Officer Vic_Payne
ARPD Officer FaKtorS
ARPD Officer Juan_Cervantes
ARPD Officer [DPS]M_Anderson
ARPD Officer Josh_Vinci
ARPD Officer Max_Monroe
ARPD Officer Dark_Woozie
ARPD Officer Deni_Dosen
ARPD Officer Bruno_Clemenza

Quick Summary:
We began the training with a little theoretical training, how to act and behave during a shootout. We trained 5 different variants of practical shootouts.
- Shootouts after pursuits
- Surround the suspects
- Drive-by techniques
- Breaching houses
- Tournament at the Jungle behind the Golf-Club

Shootouts after Pursuits
So basically this is where the suspect's vehicle is blown up/tires are popped and they are on foot. When the driver is supposed to exit, and when the passenger is. This was taught perfectly and the participants followed the orders very well and understood everything.

Surround the suspects
Basically the same as "Shootouts after Pursuits", but this time, one car came from behind and another came from the front.

Drive-by Techniques
The participants were taught when to shoot and when not to shoot. This means if you got another unit in front of you, and if you realize you cannot win the situation.

Breaching houses
The participants were taught how to breach and how to act and behave during a breach. I must say myself that the SAPD did the best when they breached because they used a few tactics that made ARPD panic a few times, but else it was a good training.

Tournament at the Jungle behind the Golf-Club
This is the end of the training where we just decided to have fun. We went behind the Golf-Club in the jungle and split into two teams(ARPD, SAPD). I decided to have it behind the Golf-Club because there are a lot of threes there where you can take cover behind. These were well used, and incredibly enough, the ARPD won the shootout, so congratulations!

ScreenShots:

Other Notes:
1.) Great work everyone!
2.) I hope everyone had fun and learned something.

Signed by,
Senior Officer Steven Jack McGarrett

1.Are there any acceptations without being a wave?
No, unless a Chief wishes to have someone accepted.
2.Can high ranked officers give the right to an ARPD officer to use heavy weapons?
Depending on the situation, you can be equipped with heavy weapons but should not use them in any situation, just extreme ones.
3.When do officers usually get equipped ?
In situations when heavy weapons are required.

Patrol Report

Date: 6-7-8/6/2012

Length: 2 hours

Patrol Partner(s): Mark_Steinbridge
We did a difficult pursuit that turned into a shootout in the end.

Suspects Arrested: 2
Suspects Killed: 3

Investigations Performed: None

Tickets Issued: ---
Civilians Stopped: 1

Description of your shift: Over these last 2 days I did many things.Crime was ruling the streets.
On the 6th of June I was alone at Luciano HQ.3 armed suspect and one hostage were inside.Unfortunately I called more that 10 times for support and no one came.I was a bit mad about that. After 5 minutes I breached alone but there wasn’t much I could do.
On the 7th of June I was just patrolling and I engadged in many shootouts.I managed to kill 1 suspect in a difficult pursuit with Mark_Steibridge.I am sure my skills like taking cover helped me because I was alone with 2 shooting suspect and I managed to kill one of them and the other abused /q to espace him own death after losing ALL of his armour and half HP.Nevertheless I had a good time.
On the 8th of June I spent some time on patrolling.I pulled over a citizen without charging him a fine and I killed one suspectlater.

Conclusion: It was really good to serve the law once again.I did my job,I managed to take down very crazy and difficult to arrest suspects. The only thing that got me mad was only the fact that NOBODY responded to a kidnap and I was forced to stay there and die.

  • -- Notes –
I used a civilian NRG for a difficult pursuit because my car had been destroyed and there was no other way to continue the pursuit.
  • -- Questions –
    ---
  • -- Plans for improvements –
I will just keep playing to be a better officer.

Noted, can we have an estimation of when you will rresumy in full your activity ? From now on, this application is tagged as "AWAY" so it allows you to stay inactive for 1 month maximum. Remove the tag once you think you are stable with your activity.

Daily Patrol Report

Date : 17/6/2012
Patrol Length : 2 hours

Areas Patrolled :The whole map, mainly LS,SF and Bayside.
Officers Involved : Myself.I did not patrol with other officers that day.
Suspects Arrested : 3 (1 was not jailed by me but I was refunded after proven suspect steal).
Suspects Killed : 4

Shift Description : Well I had a really nice day.
I did some pursuits as always .One of them lasted for more than 20 minutes and it was really hard. After that I returned back to Los Santos because many criminals were hiding at GS9.I took down 3 suspects there. Then I went to LSPD where 2 abandoned suspects wanted to be jailed. I took them in jail.
I refunded one of them with 200$ because his crime seemed to me like he had gotten abused. I stayed in 10 more minutes after that to have a talk and solve the problem about the suspect that was stolen 1 and half hours ago. Luckily a dialogue is good and often solves problems. Then I quit.

Notes : Bug fixes make me think that they promote killing suspects. What do I mean? Well you get 600$ for jailing and 1.500$
for take down. This is a bad aspect.

Dash-Cam Pictures : I couldn’t upload them because of uploading space problem,sorry.

Daily Patrol Report

Date : 19-20/6/2012
Patrol Length : Text here

Areas Patrolled : The whole SA.
Officers Involved : Many, sorry but I don’t remember the names of all of them.
Suspects Arrested : 1 yesterday.1 today
Suspects Killed : 2 yesterday,1 today

Shift Description : Yesterday I was having my common duties.I pursued a suspect and I killed an armed guy at SF heroin spot. After that I came back to LS to take part in a clown patrol.I know it sounds funny but it was good. There were 10 of us with katanas and armors. We were all dressed as clowns and had a bus for our transportation. Our rule was to use only meele. It sounds stupid but we killed an armed suspect and made 1 surrender at Clowns pocket casino. We had a great time.Today I managed to arrest a suspect probably dealing drugs at Glen park.He was armed but I have good shooting so I made him /gu and brought him to jail. And for last I was taking part with fellow officers at a kidnap.I managed to take down a suspect and made one /gu however he killed me when I cuffed him. Nevertheless we had fun and did very good.

Notes : Suspect escaping with jetpack. What are my solutions in this situation?

Daily Patrol Report

Date : 28/6/2012
Patrol Length : 2 hours

Suspects Arrested : None
Suspects Killed : 3

Shift Description : It all started today evening.I logged in and spawned at Las Venturas.I travelled all the way to LVPD to get a bike and I started my patrol.
I patrolled the whole Las Venturas and I checked the heroin spot. After I was sure everything was clear I went to Los Santos responding to C3 calls.
The first thing to do was to pursue a suspect evading in a civilian vehicle.Arriving at Unity station his car broke down (exploded) and the suspect stared running. He was taken down.Next,I went to the airport.A suspect was evading in a car and was trying to get a plane.Me,with the aid of another officer managed to blow up his plane before taking off.The suspect died in the explosion..My next destination was GS9.A shootout was taking place there.I took cover until I was able to rush in.I managed to take down 1 suspect while he was shooting.I sprayed another guy but he got away.Luckily another officer took him down.
Then I patrolled Los Santos until there was another call. One more suspect was pursued by me.He entered LSAP and took a plane.Unluckily he got away at the last moment as he only had 1 HP when he took off.The last thing I did was to pursue 2 suspects trying to espace in a roadtruck.Unluckily for me,I was alone on my bike and they were DBing straigh at me.I called for support.Nobody answred so I gave up on the pursuit before I had to quit the game.

Picture Taken from my bike's camera :::

Sorry for uploading only one but during action or shootouts I usually forget to take screenshots.

Conclusion: I did my best once more.

Notes : 1.It is very sad to see that no officers respond in C3 calls. There were thousnads of them, suspects shooting and killing and DBing today and the only response was for a C3 at GS9.
