« on: April 28, 2012, 09:51:16 am »
Yep, Im leaving again. SAPD has gone inactive recently, at least some departments, and I do not wish to continue working alone at inactive departments, so now I decide to change my identity and dissapear, If you find out what's my new identity, you are lucky  :D
Anyways, thanks to everyone who have been working with me, too many names to point out.
Good luck on the field.  :donut:

Sorry Tom, you were a great leader but that justification is not so good. SAPD is inactive but as a SAPD officer+ is our job to make then active. You have the authority do discharge officers due inactivitie, you have authority to accept new cadets. Iam sure that will make SAPD more active, we doitn need inactive guys. Anyway Good luck, and like i said you were a great leader, and sorry for something.
Signed,

Although we do not know each other much, not to mention some misunderstandings on my side, I have to say that you deserve endless praise for your work in SAPD. Regardless of you are alone or not, you are always chasing down criminals and standing up for SAPD when it was accused. I adore the sense of authority you give off, from telling criminals off to the LSPD interview you gave to me, which I failed, you represented SAPD in a honourable way. There was much to learn from you, be it professionalism or your fervour in this job, I will always look up to you as a paragon in policing. It was very sad that you had to leave, I wouldn't be able to see you in the field anymore.

Regardless, good luck and goodbye.

Tom,

From the beginning in the SAPD   you taught me a lot, you did a lot for me and I will never forget that, never. You helped the LSPD and the SAPD trough hard times when there were no other officers active than us. I want to thank you for everything you did for me, for the LSPD and for the SAPD. You were a great lieutenant to have and a great Team Leader. I am very sad my best friend in the SAPD and the best guy in the SAPD is going to resign and I hope you come back once..

* Def Perry salutes to Lieutenant Tom Adams.

Not meant as provoking Tom. You were a good friend of my. But, recently we are only 2 active officers in LSPD. That's me and Def.

A good leader is there to motivate their officers, make the work fun for them, and never back down. You are giving up, which means you are not willing to motivate your officers through a tough time. Maybe the position was not suitable for you?

Anyway, you've always been a good friend of my, and we've had great moments together. I wish you good luck in your new role. Have fun!

Am I seriously reading this Tom? This is quite un-expected man.

Its normal for this time of year for most members to be inactive and there is no way to overcome that due to exams and revision and such. You achieved alot in your time returning to SAPD and have been a loyal friend to me when we got to know each other better.

I totally understand your reason as stated, truely I do. I watch you respond alone most of the time like there is no team and a single man army.

I hope you do well in your exams at school and one last thing...

What chu say about yo momma? ;) - This isn't provoking, its a joke we always say to each other.

Good luck man, be sure to let me know your identity so we can still talk :)

Did I say Im giving up ? Im taking a break from game for short time due to preparations for summer-work and once I return, I will see what Im gonna do.
Im pretty sure you are not in positsion to decide which positsion am I able to handle or not, that is decided by upper command of SAPD. I belive you wasnt that active couple of months ago when we actually needed people also, I was very highly active then. But recently, Ive been busy with finishing exams and all the work I need to finish.

I hope you do well in your exams at school and one last thing...

You clearly say here that you do not wish to continue working for LSPD as it's inactive. You don't really know how much power you got in that position, do you? You got all rights to do whatever you want to motivate your officers and make it fun for them. You just need to find out a way.

A good leader is there to motivate their officers, make the work fun for them, and never back down. You are giving up, which means you are not willing to motivate your officers through a tough time. Maybe the position was not suitable for you?
Im pretty sure you are not in positsion to decide which positsion am I able to handle or not, that is decided by upper command of SAPD. I belive you wasnt that active couple of months ago when we actually needed people also, I was very highly active then. But recently, Ive been busy with finishing exams and all the work I need to finish.

First of all, I am not judging if you are suitable for the position or not. I said "maybe you are not suitable for it?" and that will be my opinion only. I am not judging you. I am not shitting on you, but being in the CMD gives you so many advantages which you can use them legally to motivate your officers. I believe that it's not LSPD's officers fault they've went inactive. I think it's the leaders. The only active officers which are left in LSPD are those who NEVER GIVE UP, and unfortunately you are not one of them..

I had to go inactive because I had so much IRL issues at that time. I received threats from the child welfare services that I might never see my parents again. I was rejected gathering with my sister, my brother, my cousins, my nephews and my parents. I went to court. I had a huge IRL issue, but this is not even talking about me. It's about you, and as far as I know. You are just hiding yourself into a new identity. Walking away and giving up is not the same thing. I walked away because I had to focus on my family, you are just giving up..
