Resignation: APPD Sheriff Frank Serin
« on: April 30, 2012, 03:07:55 am »
To whom it may concern:

I, Sheriff Frank Serin, am hearby resigning my position as an SAPD Sergeant and APPD Sheriff as of 29, April 2012. Due to issues within the state of Argonath police force, and also issues not concerning SAMP. I have been in SAPD for a long time, with the speratic demotions, firings, and suspensions, but I can say that I have really enjoyed myself here. Within the last five to six months, things started to get old for me within SAPD. Then after getting my Sgt. rank and becoming a leader in APPD, things started to spiral downwards fast for me. It was starting to consume my life outside of the game, and even starting to cause issues with my health. I look forward to seeing the changes that Jaaskaa places within the department and to see SAPD grow and work together as one big team, rather than many small departments.

There are to many people to thank for helping me get to where I am today, and I know some of you may say that I'm throwing all of this away, but my real life comes first, and when a game can make you ill to a point that you have to go to the doctors on a regular basis, that's when it's time to start thinking about your choices. I will still be active in SAMP, and I may even go back to my specialty of being a medic again. The one thing I can assure everyone though, is that no matter what changes may happen, no matter what others say or do, if you can work as a team, and communicate, you will be able to accomplish any task that may come your way!

I salute all those that remain in the field keeping the state of Argonath a safe place.

* Frank_S salutes

Signed,
Frank Serin

DAMN? What should I say? I have to say, Sheriff, you've gave me wide variety of oppertunities, and I've wanted to be as you, and your place was my point that I've thought I gonna reach. Now you're leaving? Well that's sad, I've wanted to improve up the department within our work together, but I respect the reason that have made you to take this decision. I'm not prosecuting you Sheriff don't worry :) But I'm sadddddddd that you're leavinggggggggggggggggggggggggg
I promise you, that with Sheriff StatuZ and the department members, we'll peform patrols and we'll take care of the department, and all in remember of you sir!
*Salutes last time towards Sheriff Frank Serin*

I will always remember you as the TS joker. One thing made me laughs a lot:

Some Cop: I'm being shot at!
Frank_Serin: Then go to f**king hospital!

Anyway, you had my respect, as you were great person, really liked the medic and cop times. Farewell.

I interacted more and more the last couple of months, I must say you are a hell of a guy who makes the game a lot better. Thanks for your dedication and I got the time to get to know you, I learnt a lot and probaly will more.

Hopefully you will stay as SWAT-MED for the SWAT team.
Take care.

Even though we didnt talk unless it was related to APPD, I still thought of you as a good friend I could trust. Good luck my friend.
Good to see you fighting for what you believe is right. Probably best you got out before you had to decide between your rank and your beliefs. Glad you chose the second option, shows some people still have a moral obligation in the community, not an agenda for power.
