I've had some patrol with this guy and he has shown to me this:
1. He's got a great attitude that makes it fun working with him (wich I think is important).
2. He's a great driver and a GREAT cop.
3. He is very loyal and follows orders from higher ranks.
4. He is very experienced since he has been playing for 2 years.
Overall: I think this freecop is more then ready to become a cadett, if not even more :O.

I advise spending more time learning the rules and laws of the server and region.

I believe you need more time to get an idea how SAPD operates (we the guys in dark blue!).

Learn the regulations and carry out cop work to the best of your ability in the meantime.  This will give you the experience to make it into SAPD and will also give you a chance to really see if its what you want.
