I want to join SAPD because I want to be in a Important Law Enforcement Group in the 7th Gate of Hell and I also want to protect Civilians from Criminals and New Cops that abuses, I have many experiences in many things such as: Driving, Shooting, RPing, I can also give investigations if needed, I would make a good officer Because I love to Team work with other cops and to hunt down criminals because that makes me feel that I have protected many Civilians from Dying and to keep everyone on SA Safe and Sound, I will also try to do My best to ensure that the Streets Will be safe and No one is going to be Bullied, Threaten, etc, Also Becoming a Officer in the SA Is Like becoming one in my real life So it's a Big Responsibility, and I will try to do my best to take these Responsibilities in the best way I can

Yes it is allowed. But always remember to give out warning (/s2 or /s3 or /s and telling them to surrender) whether their moving, idle and so on except for situation where your life is in direct danger (e.g: being shot at as soon as you approached the suspects or an officer is losing to the suspect in a shootout).
