Not quite -

The promotion was given after we managed to sort things out internally, and rest assured the person/people in question affiliated with the VCPD were given full briefings on the situation.

All the same, was hoping a proper conclusion would've been posted, but I will do that shortly and give everyone a heads up on actions taken as that seems fair.

On behalf of both the Academy and Command Staffs, I would like to conclude with the following.

RazorX - a Cadet of the Vice City Police Department at the time was warned for any misdemeanours by the official police force itself.
Although we couldn't always gain a lot of information suggesting rules/protocols being broken from the screenshots and other evidence on this topic, we understand that rulebreaking on anyone's part, as well as misunderstandings can be frustrating and damaging to gameplay.
The Argonath Administration have already taken necessary actions, as well, on this front. The relevant rule breaks would have now been highlighted and discussed already in this topic and all necessary actions taken.

Furthermore, the Academy Staff also worked with those in question to ensure that professionalism is held up now and in the future to a high, well above satisfactory level. RazorX has shown he has learned and is able to perform as a competent member of your Vice City Police Department and is now serving as a VCPD Officer.

Thank you to those that contributed to this report. We hope that we can make this part of ARPD as best as possible, and greatly value feedback from the general community.
