Date:
02/06/2012

Operation time (/time):
21:15 to 22:20 CET

Summary of operation:
A very good patrol, some people left and some joined. We patrolled basically for the most in L.S and responded in some cases to other cities.

Specific incidents:
1.) Possible Code 30 at Idlewood
2.) Pursuing NRG-500 resulting in a shootout
3.) Chase from L.S to L.V
4.) Riot at Glen Park
5.) Pursuing Suspect in a bullet, resulting in a shootout

Conclusion of operation:

1.) The patrol had just started and LSPD-1, LSPD-2, LSPD-3 and LSPD-HPU had just reported in. We headed to Idlewood where there was a suspicious situation and we saw a lot of civilians armed with their shotguns and handguns in their hands. They complied with the law and nothing specific happened, code 4 to 14.

2.) We received a back-up call in the radio about a suspect on a NRG-500 in Glen Park, we responded and we chased him around in L.S, before LSPD-3 blocked him and made his vehicle blow up, he started shooting and we neutralized him on scene, code 4.

3.) LSPD-1 noticed a suspect driving a fast sport-car in L.S heading north from Market. We took up the chase and chased the suspect from L.S to R.C to B.C to L.V and back to B.C where he managed to escape, code 14.

4.) We headed back to L.S after a long pursuit and we could not be left alone in peace before we received a message in the radio about a riot in progress at Glen Park, we responded. The suspect's barricaded themselves into a truck and we blew it up. It ended up in a huge shootout where almost all the suspects were neutralized. Code 4.

5.) LVPD reported about a bullet speeding and evading the law in L.S, and we took up the chase. We chased the suspect from Jefferson to Idlewood, Ganton, East L.S, East Beach and Las Colinas where we managed to PIT and blow up his vehicle. He opened fire and we shot back. Suspect was neutralized short after, code 4.

Patrol Report

Date: 9/06/12

Length: About an hour

Patrol Partner(s): None

Suspects Arrested: 1
Suspects Killed: 0

Investigations Performed: 0

Tickets Issued: 0
Civilians Stopped: 1

Description of your shift: Short patrol in SF.

- Jason_LucianoT
- Suspection: Ordering heroin

Suspect was at Palisades, SF. Standing near the heroin spot i took action and investigated. I asked him if he did order heroin.
He said he didn't. I however saw the package lying there and the suspect escaped. I immediately took action and started the pursuit.
At Gant Bridge he was standing on the ledge. I asked him to stop but he refused and jumped into the water instead. I followed.
After calling in Naval support I kept on following him. along with an M4 and permission to shoot.
At the Esplanade Naval support finally came and I opened fire. Air support landed and the suspect immediately gave up.
It was a relief once i took place in the boat's passenger seat. The suspect complied and was jailed.

Conclusion: This patrol helped me be more precise and to never give up on a suspect. Even though i was thinking about it when the suspect jumped into the ocean. And there are always people out there to help you. Naval and Air support showed it.

  • -- Notes --
Be more alert. The suspect eventually jumped on his bike and drove away after collecting heroin.
  • -- Questions --
When a suspect is in the water. Is it allowed to directly shoot?
  • -- Plans for improvements --
Repeat; Be more alert.
