SAPD Upper Command's statement about the LSPD Command
« on: June 18, 2012, 14:52:32 pm »

SAPD Upper Command Staff
OFFICIAL STATEMENT

Regarding the situation in the Command Staff of Los Santos PD
18/06/2012

Due to the current personal movements in the Southern Command and in particular - Los Santos PD, the following personal steps have been performed by the decision of the Upper Command Staff.
Northern Command Captain Robert Longstreet has been moved to lead Los Santos Police Department until the new Command Staff is built.
LVPD Lieutenant Steven Jeffrey will have full lead above the Las Venturas Police Department. However, Captain Longstreet maintains as the leader of the Northern Command.
Bone County PD stays under the jurisdiction of Captain Robert Longstreet.

To all people involved in the "law enforcing groups" creating. Remember that if you stay with the SAPD - you are to work for it.
If you want to work for any group that is a challange / rival for some SAPD divisions - you will be forced out by the ARPD Commissioner.
If there are any doubts regarding the current situation or any questions about creating groups - feel free to contact any member of the SAPD Upper Command Staff or ARPD Commissioner in personal.

Signed,

Captain Robert Longstreet
SAPD HQ

On the behalf of the SAPD Upper Command Staff / Deputy Chief Paul Hernandez.

Err.. This just too confusing,... Flameman is now LSPD captain but still LVPD and BCPD leader, while Steven is LVPD supervisor but yet has no authority over northern command? That's a mess. Wouldnt it have been a lot simplier promoting someone reliable from LSPD to lead it?

I believe that Jaaskaa mean SAPD Cadets+ can not be apart of un-offical subdivison groups that has the same goal as a current SAPD group.
For example if I launch a Hostage Rescue Team it can be connected to SWAT in many ways. Jaaskaa do not want SAPD Cadets+ in such group due to it is a rival to SWAT.
That is how I see it, I may be wrong.

Current replacement is kind a confusing, lol. What happend to Kenny?! Nevermind, I saw the announcement
"For a combat soldier, the difference between success and failure is your ability to adapt to your enemy. The people that I deal with, they don’t care about your rules. All they care about is results. My job is to stop them from accomplishing their objectives. I simply adapted. In answer to your question, am I above the law? No, sir."

Yea... now I understand why Leroy never advised S.W.A.T rip-offs, because that's what happens to people that make them.
Tho' while its understandable to keep such a divisions away from SAPD and the people within them, because they are obviously not supplied well enough with equipment and neither posses the knowledge to work as such a division, they were still active which we can't say for the current S.W.A.T.
So if these groups are removed, someone should really look in to the S.W.A.T.

Couldn't say it better, All those groups (sub-divisons) were built because of we had no assistance from the SWAT or any of the other officers, We were constantly being atacked by the Gangs and died multiple times, Now that we had those groups, We were taking care of EVERY situation we had and all of them were solved.

I'm temporarily leading LSPD as it has no active command staff members. It needs a Captain and I feel that LVPD can do fine with Steven as its supervisor.
BCPD is under lead of Sheriffs Ben and Gibson, I am just supervising if everything is fine.

I'm sure this reform will come with positive results as soon as a new management for the Los Santos PD is settled.
Best of luck in your new department, Captain Longstreet. :)
