[SA:MP] Lock-down
« on: June 21, 2012, 09:06:06 am »
All SAPD badges are revoked from SAPD apart from the SAPD CMD. You made me involved in this situation instead of Jaaskaa.

People have shown that they can violate and proceed wondering around, showing to the public that how SAPD rolls in a negative matter.
Every single person from the SAPD will be reviewed weather they are truly worthy enough to be in this department. I will also review CMD in the last bits.

I'm sick and tired of you all thinking you can do anything you want. Guess what, welcome to the new SAPD.
People who will be staying will be notified. Till then, SAPD will be deeply developing the new systems. SWAT Team is already reviewed by Jaaskaa,  that means it will remain un-changed.

Apologize to those who actually take their work seriously and have faith, you'll be given an answer very soon. A large amount of people had to wreck it.

Thank you.

The SAPD is under reconstruction.
ALL MEMBERS ARE REMOVED, EXCEPT FOR LIEUTENANTS AND ABOVE.

ALL APPLICATIONS ARE ON HOLD.
Every single member of the SAPD who have been removed including any command staff who's been removed will be reviewed by the command set for this reconstruction.

From now on every cadet wave will be choosen by S.A.P.D Upper C.M.D.
Once accepted cadets will go trough multiple patrols with multiple S.A.P.D Upper C.M.D members being tought on the practic skills of an officer.
Once S.A.P.D Upper CMD sees certain are ready to step within SAPD, these officers will be taken on exam patrol, where all your practical/theorical skills will be tested.
You won't be aware which patrol out of all is the exam by the, that is the element of surprise.

As well S.A.P.D Upper CMD won't be looking just on certain part of your skills anymore attitude, RP skills, co-operation and teamwork all these skills will be highly looked upon.

Signed by,
Captain Plam Knight
Deputy Chief Paul Hernandez

Everything will be reviewed.

That means, the officers who were removed will be going through a dirty training process before the ceremony. Those who pass with excellent results towards the SAPD Upper CMD will be going through next rounds and next rounds till they are seen fit for a suitable position. Those who are found having any single mistake with attitude, behaviour or cannot take the way how a real officer works will be kicked in the ass as we do not need any people which disrespect their own career.
Badges will be announced in the ceremony.

Good luck and updates will be posted here for the reviews, processes and trainings.

Welcome to the new era of SAPD.

Invited staff;
Whilst we overview their work if they are suitable enough to move forward or down during the Ceremony.

- Jcstoods
- Cyril Olaso
- TinMan
- DeeJay
- Pixy
- Drix

Pending / Invited without application as they passed the background check with minimal steps;

- Def Perry
- Jack Rosso
- Omar Aly
- Lionel Valdes
- AirOne
- Pedro
- Morais

SWAT Command reinstate;
Due to the fact they are leading a specialized group, they will be given rights to access the SWAT sections.

- SkyHawk
- Gibson

The two above lists will not receive ranks yet, you'll possibly go through any training process. But do have to do help in applications and have to show themselves in acting as a either Sheriff or Officer in a serious way in order for the Upper CMD to record the reviews.

Others will be applying and will be deeply looking into your application because you did not pass the background check. The SAPD Upper CMD will be reviewing your application and if accepted, you'll be trained for some days and will be going through the process that Plam has stated above. During the ceremony, everyone will receive an answer on how well they went..

Once Sheriff Command have done with the trainings that will be presented by Jcstoods, you will be returned to your positions in agreement with Chief Pancher. So then they can prepare everything.

Everytime a wave is announced, the cadets will be going through trainings if they are required and mainly patrols in order for the Upper CMD to see their skills and observe if they are suitable enough to move for the next step. Note that some may end up even going to Sergeant rank if they are found doing a excellent job. That means, you must meet all requirements for the position.

I'm going to say..

I'm quite happy on how people are reacting on the situation.
During the day i locked the SAPD. Many people did not find out what happened and what caused the situation then the blame came to my face. People complained and ranted on the same day whilst i try to fix the situation.

However, after giving my time responding to the 50+ PMs i received and with the plans proceeded. I can surely say that people are impressed on the situation.
Even those who complained, some of them applied to the SAPD and apologized because they understood what's going on.'

Cheers guys and thanks for your patience.

More information here which i told a applicant and public..

For everyone's information..
SAPD is under lock-down and all members are removed due to a major reform.

Whilst we understand the public's view on how SAPD was going, we took considering of all points and accusations that were presented. We surely do not ignore any suggestions or concerns. People who are veterans in a organization can realize that things can rapidly change while time moves on.

Some points you made which were lacking are professionalism, respect towards ARPD officers and teamwork and the structures were semi valid. That is why I'm taking the initiative right now in fixing it. People kept complaining how SAPD was running, therefore i decided to take a step forward and review the whole SAPD.

When i put SAPD under lock-down, people kept blaming me about this and that, ranting and complaining whilst I'm trying to fix it. I even removed all my ranks for that, but Ronnel came and supported me on it and thought i was doing the right thing, which made me deserve a review of Chief.

We need to ensure all SAPD officers are trained in either the Sheriff or City Officer side so we can fully trust them on their actions instead of seeing them lack cooperation.
There won't be no Academy. Like in the past, you'll be going through hard trainings and participating in patrols which will make you learn better and for the Command to record your skills. Once you are ready to be promoted, you'll be contacted.

If criminals cooperate, we will too. Especially when the SAPD applicants will be teached how to RP. Public suggestions and opinions are not ignored, they are only to be reviewed.

I'm open for any official criminal leader suggestions as I'm willing to find out any options that will help us fix our roleplay scenarios so that they won't be any problems during the play instead of doing the same usual thing.. which is shooting and shaving guns all over the place.
Remember that this game is meant to be fun. If both conflicts find options how to help the play, then by all means - initiative works if you step forward.

If any criminal / family leader can do the same to ensure their members are informed about their actions, then hopefully things will work out better.
I've solved the SAPD side in this reform, now it's your turn.

Just to set the record straight : I am not the one who took the decision to put a lockdown and make a full review. But while we are at it, I will happily step in. I have a few things to arrange here.
Attention! At ease! Break off!
