Hey Ryan,

Thanks for the kind words and reply at all. :) Yeah, this application sure differs a lot from the 2008 version, doesn't it? :D The patrol was very nice indeed, we need more of those. I remember flying in a Maverick with you above GS9 as cops; the first time I ever saw GS9. :)

Situations involved: Coastguard assistance, suspect in plane, regular patrolling, car theft, high speed chasing, gun and fist fights.
Detailed report:

The patrol started around 20:00, night shift. There weren't many other officers around in San Fierro, so I started to patrol there solo. After a while of patroling in a crime free city, I decided to head over to Los Santos. I heard loads of minor back up calls being called out on the police radio, but didn't respond to them earlier. The city of Los Santos obviously required more police attention than San Fierro needed at that time. As I arrived in Rodeo, I started patrolling the western areas of Los Santos. Later on, I moved to patrol around Idlewood and Jefferson. At Commerce, I noticed a white Infernus speeding past me in the opposite direction, towards Idlewood. I chased him with both my lights and siren on. At the Idlewood Pay 'n Spray garage, he pulled over.

I approached the driver seat window, and knocked on it. He rolled it down and looked at me, irritated, as if he was in a hurry. He answered my questions in a very short manner, but at least he complied. He was given a ticket of 120 dollars for speeding at 172km/h through some of the bussiest streets of San Andreas. I wished him a good day and told him he was free to leave, and continued to patrol through the streets of Los Santos again. After a while, I decided to get back to San Fierro and patrol there some more. The streets of San Fierro didn't decrease in activity nor in population. I arrived at the San Fierro Police Department, and noticed A.R.P.D Officer Santa Rosso was preparing for his night shift, too. I invited him to join the patrol, an invitation which he accepted.

We started to patrol in San Fierro together, under the callsign SFPD-Foxtrot. From Palisades and other northern areas in San Fierro, we got over to Bayside, where we noticed activity at an area known to be a place where drugdealers often come. As we approached the area quietly, we were noticed by the men and women around that area. They left in different paths, and we just continued to patrol the town of Bayside, without any particular reason other than to serve the San Fierro Police Department. After a while of patrolling in Bayside and other towns in Tierra Robada, we planned to get back to San Fierro, by taking road toward the Garver Bridge.

While we approached the Garver Bridge, we received a back up call from A.R.P.D Officer Jason Bridges. A.R.P.D Officer Jason Bridges was in need of coastguard support, because two suspect that had opened fire on him, were now swimming in the water around the Easter Bay Airport. S.F.P.D Cadet Ryan Caltson responded, but despite that, we also decided to try and assist A.R.P.D Officer Bridges. Instead of heading out to San Fierro, we proceeded to drive to a dock at Rockshore West. I drove there, because I knew that there's always an A.R.P.D Launch ready there. A.R.P.D Officer Santa Rosso and I manned the boat and proceeded to set sail for the Easter Bay Airport. When we were half way there, we received a code 4 from A.R.P.D Officer Bridges. Both suspects were taken down.

A.R.P.D Officer Santa Rosso and I were still on the Launch, and decided to head back to San Fierro using the boat. We arrived infront of the San Fierro Police Department, and were able to use the dock infront of it to get on land. We grabbed a police cruiser from the S.F.P.D garage and continued our patrol as SFPD-Foxtrot. While we patrolled Doherty, I noticed a car speeding at a very high speed, towards the Easter Bay Airport. When we got closer, A.R.P.D Officer Santa Rosso discovered that the car had a license plate noted as stolen in the M.D.C. The car entered the airport illegally, and attracted more attention that just one police car, which was ours. He jumped out of the car while it kept on driving, probably to try and shake us off his tail. His attempt was unsuccesful.

The suspect ran into a hangar, where a Shamal private jet was stashed. He entered the Shamal and somehow managed to start its engine, and get it to move. We blocked the Shamal multiple times, but after a while, he managed to get past us. We chased the airplane as it tried to take off at non-runway grounds. Just as it was about to take off, Cadet Jimmy Bowling and Lieutenant Chase Gregor appeared out of nowhere, in separate vehicle. The Lieutenant blocked the Shamal's space for take off, and as the Shamal got closer, Lieutenant Gregor got out of his vehicle. The airplane didn't have time to stop, and crashed into the police cruiser. On impact, the Shamal exploded with the suspect inside of it. Lieutenant Gregor went with Cadet Bowling after a small conversation between us two.

We drove back to the San Fierro Police Department, because A.R.P.D Officer Rosso's shift had ended. The A.R.P.D Officer wanted to sign himself off duty at the department, officially. After A.R.P.D Officer Santa Rosso had gone off duty, I requested another patrol partner through both the police and S.F.P.D citizen band radio. Sadly, there hadn't been any response at all. I had no choice but to patrol alone again. I patroled in the eastern districts of San Fierro, when all of the sudden, another car passed me by at a high speed. This was near Foster Valley. I immediatly turned around to pull over the driver. The driver kept driving on full speed in his black Sabre, but stopped at the Easter Basin gas station to fill up his fueltank. Only then did he get my message to pull over.

There were two people inside of the black Sabre, the driver, a chubby African Argonathian, and a passenger, a typical Montgomery citizen, wearing a cap. The passenger was allowed to get out of the vehicle because he insisted on smoking a cigarette. He walked over to a towtruck to smoke his cigarette, so that we wouldn't have any issues talking. As we continued to talk, I didn't notice that the earlier passenger got inside of the towtruck and started its engine. Just as I was about to finish the traffic stop, the man in the towtruck towed away my police cruiser! The driver of the black Sabre stood there and pretended not to know what this was about. He even offered to help me chase the man. I rejected that offer, because civilians aren't allowed to aid the police in such ways. I let the other driver go with a warning.

After a short walk, I arrived at the San Fierro Police Department and got a new cruiser. I was now very determined to get the driver of the towtruck and retreive the stolen police car. I drove back to the gas station at Easter Basin, and sure enough, there it was, the stolen police car, -and- the towtruck, parked like it should've been in the first place. After I parked the police cruiser I was in, I noticed that black Sabre pulled up to, probably to pick up someone. The driver got out of the vehicle, but didn't notice me at first. He walked over to a wall that separated the gas station from the railroad tracks behind it. I got closer and hid behind a corner of the gas station's building. I saw the man climb up on the wall. This was when I showed myself, and actually scared the man; not on purpose, of course.

I asked him what he was doing on that wall. He was very nervous and came up with the excuse that he had to take a leak. This was dumb, because you don't need to be on a wall to piss, and because it's illegal to urinate in public. The man was obviously upto something else. After talking for a while, I noticed movement in the bushes upon the hill. A few moments later, I noticed a man on the railtracks, sadly this was not the man I was looking for. I left and let the other man go with a warning once again. I decided to follow the black Sabre, because I still didn't trust the man, and because I was still looking to get the thief. After following him for a while, he parked his vehicle at a Burger Shot in Downtown San Fierro.

He went inside of the store, and after approximately five minutes, he came out, WITH the thief. I turned on the lights and sirens of my vehicle and told them to pull over immediatly. They took off in the Black Sabre. At Queen, the driver crashed his vehicle. I got out of the vehicle and chased both of the suspects on foot. The thief walked infront of me, and the other man behind me. Right infront of the San Fierro cemetery, I decided to open fire. The man didn't stop running and was close to a car, so I had no choice. The man appeared to be armed too, and I received counterfire. The other man tried to punch me, but later got to cover too. After a heavy gunfight at the cemetery, the wounded thief gave in and lied there on the ground. The other man rushed over to him and grabbed the thief's Desert Eagle. He opened fire on me, and I was forced to kill him for my own safety. I brought the other wounded suspect to the hospital so that he could later be charged for him list of crimes.

A lot had happened in these three hours, and my shift came to an end. I decided to sign myself off duty too, at the San Fierro Police Department. Until another report, goodbye.
