Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 3 sentence): I usually online in argonath samp server just being cop duty to enjoy teamwork and gaining experience from being cop.I was SAPD Senior Officer work hard as i could as well sharing my experience to other officer just a minor problem about SAPD Lockdown and i not in SAPD force anymore.However,i am very disappoint it that SAPD upper CMD looked on me that had bad background check so i decide to re-apply SAPD and process all the way from started of my police career and start again the new SAPD era.I willing to face strict training and try my best being even better officer than before.

Patrol Report Name: Cester_Collin Rank: ARPD Officer Department: None Date: 23/6/12 Duration of patrol: 1 Hour 27 minutes Area patrolled: San Fierro and Los Santos Vehicle used: Police car and Police Bike Patrol Partner: -ARPD Officer Salmonella Amount of Traffic stop: None Amount of given Ticket: None Amount of given Warning: None Total of evade citizens: None Total of ticket fine money: $0 Situation involved: Code 30 Suspect of neutralized: 3 Suspect of arrested: None Conclusion of patrol: Today is the first day of my ARPD career back in old time.I logged in and spawned at Los Santos Police Department,Pershing Square,Los Santos there was two armed suspect shooting near City Hall,Los Santos.I din't report myself about 10-8 in police radio as i see two armed suspect kept shooting on officer and the officer life is in danger so i immediately take out my regular shotgun and open fire on them.both suspect were neutralized by lethal force unfortunately i accident killed one officer during the shoot-out.At this moment i logged off to take a break. Later,I logged in and spawned at Los Santos Police Department and i went into Police Department to get bike skin for doing bike patrol by using police bike vehicle to patrol around Los Santos Jurisdiction.Meanwhile of patrol,There were many Code 30 occur in Los Santos Jurisdiction so i response one by one on code 30 until it ended up and continue normal patrol.There was Code 30 at Glen Park,Los Santos been call out multi time in police radio from ARPD Officer so i immediately response there with code 3 once i arrive at the scene i saw one un-armed suspect was running so i asking him to surrender but the suspect refuse and continue evading and lastly the suspect ended up by lethal force at Downtown Los Santos.There was special Code 30 happen at in front of Ammunation market,Los Santos about two armed suspect constantly using heavy weapon open fire on civilian as well police.Several officer were killed by this two armed suspect at  market,Los Santos when i calling backup and they evading in red NRG-500 vehicle once huge group of officer arrive the scene.After the long pursuit of chase,finally they ended up by dying in explosion in the vehicle. However,after solo patrol in Los Santos Jurisdiction,ARPD Officer Salmonella was requesting patrol partner and waiting at San Fierro Police Department so i immediately went there to join ARPD Officer Salmonella patrol.We started our patrol at Downtown,San Fierro until we at Juniper hollow,San Fierro there was Code 30 at Las Barrancas,Bone County reported by ARPD Officer in police radio so we immediately response to the Code 30 by Code 3.Once we nearly to arrive the scene we saw one suspect in white bullet vehicle crime murder with six star we immediately pursuit him as well drive-by on him after we give warning.Duration of pursuit the white bullet vehicle suspect is about ten minutes and above around San Fierro and Tierra Robada and finally he escaped at Bayside,Tierra Robada after we founded the visual of him.So at this moment we reporting 10-19 San Fierro Police Department and i logged off. May you explain why you kept shooting me even after I told that there is a cop near me and I was trying to to the beach in order to /gu without wasting time swimming and getting uncuffed like 5 times, So you kept Shooting me even when Chris was standing right next to me and I was shouting at to stop shooting even when I am not moving.

Later,I logged back and spawned at Los Santos Police Department and started patrol by using L.S.P.D police car as well invite two officer to join me to patrol together in Los Santos Jurisdiction.ARPD Officer Dektar and ARPD Officer [MA]Clark_Devlin willing to join me to patrol so we meet up at Los Santos Police Department.There was 2 armed suspect crime murder evading from officer by using Black Infernus vehicle at Commerce,Los Santos we immediately block the road and we success blow up the suspect vehicle and it explode.We and few other ARPD Officer were chasing both of the murder suspect on foot and lastly both of them are surrender at verdant bluff,Los Santos and one taken to police station to jailed and one more taken to mordor and jailed there.We head back to Las Venturas Police Department from Mordor to grab new police car and start patrol again.There was suspect crime murder was evading from 2 FBI agent by using Bullet vehicle at Pilson Intersection,Las Venturas we immediately pursuit the suspect and i immediately Drive-by on the suspect and lastly the suspect vehicle blow up at Julius Thruway West,Las Venturas and neutralized by lethal force when he evade on foot after been given multi warning to stop.We resume patrol,Until then we found another suspect at Rockshore East,Las Venturas.We immediately trying to apprehend and he immediately surrender and taken to Las Venturas Police Department and jailed. However,We decide to go back to Los Santos Jurisdiction to start patrol over there but there was one suspect at Vinewood,Los Santos crime murder was on foot trying to evade from police so we immediately trying to arrest him unfortunately some citizen aid him by using Sandking vehicle healing to Red County.We were pursuit the suspect and drive-by lastly the both suspect were given up after their car explode near Mulholland Intersection,Los Santos.One taken to Los Santos Police Department for jailed and one more taken to Dillimore Police Department and jailed there.Then we resume patrol.ARPD Officer Dektar had to go so i and ARPD Officer [MA]Clark_Devlin continue patrol in police ranger vehicle.While we healing to Los Santos Jurisdiction there was one bus driver driving reckless at LS-LV Highway we were trying to pull over him then a sudden 2 suspect speeding and ram us.The suspect vehicle were blow up and open fire on us.I and ARPD Officer [MA]Clark_Devlin kept shooting them until one suspect down and one more jumped into the water.Lastly the suspect in the water was surrender and taken to Fort Carson Police Department and jailed there.However,There was Code 207 happen at ArgoBank,Los Santos about one suspect kidnapping one hostages for demand ARD 50k to exchange the hostages.Many officer at the scene as well many FBI agent too.After few minutes FBI decide to breach together with ARPD Officer.After the breach the suspect were neutralized then i resume patrol.I went to Los Santos Police Department to logged off i had a long hard working for today.   Picture: Signed, Cester_Collin ARPD Officer

Moreover,I back from short break was going to reported myself 10-8 at Pershing Square,Los Santos but ARPD Officer  [Jedi]A_W34V3R was requesting my to patrol with him so i accept it and we patrolling together in Los Santos Jurisdiction.We were trying to get some full health at Pizza Stack idlewood,Los Santos then we found one suspect in white hustley vehicle claim he being suspected for killbug so we arrest him trying to ask confirm killbug or not until later one FBI agent come to us requesting unsuspection on the suspect due to confirmed killbug,then he get unsuspected from admin then we process normal patrol at Jefferson,Los Santos.There two suspect in Banshee vehicle spotted them at Idlewood,Los Santos and we pursuit them with siren on as well drive-by on them so do they.Their vehicle were blow up at Downtown,Los Santos and both of the suspect were on foot kept open fire on us with heavy weapon.I took down one suspect by lethal force and another suspect were arrested and taken to Dillimore Police Department and jailed.We was going to resume patrol in Los Santos Jurisdiction but we got new patrol partner willing to join us that its ARPD Officer TomoHawk.It was hard work today,Unfortunately the server is getting huge lag so i decide went off earlier. vehicle.I were reported myself 10-8 at Pershing Square,Los Santos and i saw one citizen were urinating on police car in front of my eye so i immediately went to him to question him unfortunately he evading from me and he get suspected.I were on foot chasing him around Commerce,Los Santos until he found new blue cheetah and continue evading from me.I were using Bike vehicle pursuit the suspect as well using driver drive by on the suspect and lastly his vehicle were blow up at Commerce,Los Santos and he continue evading on foot sadly he been neutralized by lethal force.I were continue patrol by using bike patrolling around Jefferson to  Ganton,Los Santos then i found one armed suspect crime murder at Ganton,Los Santos with 2 armed citizen with him.I were quickly request backup in police buildings and begun open heavy weapon fire on us and the mess turned into Code 30.We were quickly retreat and kept calling backup but they are escaping in sultan with drive-by M4 weapon on us.Several officer were pursuit him but they all are escaped and we failed to get them.I together with SAPD Officer Tinman and ARPD Officer [Is]Chris_Marino were patrol together in Los Santos Jurisdiction after the Code 30 is change into Code 4.While we patrol at Market,Los Santos,there one suspect crime murder at little mexico,Los Santos we immediately response there with siren on,once we arrive at the scene the suspect is evading from us by using Red NRG-500 vehicle healing to Los Santos Airport.During the chase the suspect were neutralized by us by using drive by.We were resume patrolling until then we saw there one suspect crime murder barricaded in casino at The Strip,Las Venturas.We were immediately response there with siren on as well constant calling backup to the scene.Once we arrive,I were trying to secure the area but Officer Tinman and [iS]Chris_Marino were immediately breach into the casino.There was about 4 or above suspect using heavy weapon open fire on us and few minutes of shoot-out all the suspect were exit from casino no any neutralized suspect.At the beginning,the suspect were trying to escape with bike and they failed to do so and they continue evading on foot and we kept using lethal force to take them down,one suspect were found one vehicle trying to save his friend life but his vehicle been exploded after multi shot as well the suspect been neutralized.Another suspect got another vehicle and escaping away and we continue pursuit the suspect by using civilian vehicle.After the long pursuit,finally the suspect been neutralized in vehicle explosion at Redsands West,Las Venturas.I were tires at this moment so i went to Las Venturas Police Department and reported myself 10-7.  However,I were back 10-8 at Pershing Square,Los Santos with using bike patrol again.I was patrolling in Los Santos Jurisdiction and it was a calm and quite no criminal activity seen.Later,there was a backup calling in police radio from officer about armed suspect crime shooting at Pershing Square,Los Santos as well civilian calling in 911 so i immediately response there with siren on.When i arrive at the scene i saw one officer been attacked by one armed suspect at Verdant Bluff,Los Santos i immediately step down from the bike and open fire directly without any warning,Unfortunately the suspect found Black Jester vehicle and continue evading from us.I were pursuit the suspect around Los Santos Jurisdiction as well drive by from driver seat and lastly the suspect were given up near police station at Pershing Square,Los Santos.While patrol at Verdant Bluff,Los Santos a sudden one suspect driving Red NRG-500 vehicle passing me i immediately pursuit him with driver seat drive by.I lost a lot of SMG bullet using it while pursuit that Bike suspect as well chasing him from Verdant Bluff,Los Santos until at Red County via East Los Santos Highway he been taken down by lethal force when he been fall down from bike trying to hop on unfortunately my bullet even faster then his moving at this moment i went to ammunation to re-armed and resume patrol in Los Santos Jurisdiction.There one suspect at Verona Beach,Los Santos driving NRG-500 constant evading from officer i were pursuit him by using Bike and kept calling for backup but no single unit response to my backup.This chase was long and lastly the suspect been taken down by lethal force at Los Santos Airport while he riding the plane. Moreover,There was extremely Code 30 and Code Purple constantly call out in police radio by several officer about more then 7 armed suspect above crime murder,shooting as well aiding were barricaded in Luciano HQ.Most of the suspect is from Luciano Mafia and few of them from other mafia family.I were at willowfield,Los Santos and i immediately response to the scene as soon as i received the call in police radio.I were requesting to officer asking the civilian to leave the scene and i started move all the civilian vehicle out from the scene and set up the roadblock entrance of Luciano HQ.SAPD Cadet Pixy was in-charge of this operation therefore,i been selected to be Assault Team for the breach.Once we breach,there was no spawn kill it was empty all the suspect was more further far behind from it.A suddenly,Several officer was ignore the order and not comply the order given many officer were breach in together as well few of the officer were kept trolling during the operation in process.I were using light weapon checking from room to room it was clear until then at nearest to the suspect i been friendly fire from random officer.I did not cross line fire but the officer is random shooting the suspect including friendly fire.I were using regular shotgun shooting at the multi suspect but the behind officer were using M4 weapon constant shooting to me and make me lost my armour and i lost half of health almost to the dead.I were immediately exit from the building trying to request medic to arrive at the scene for heal.Many citizen were not comply cop order and they kept trespass so i suspected them for aid.only two citizen trespass.Lastly,few suspect were taken down by lethal force and few more suspect been arrested and taken to police station and jailed there.I were tired of hard working today so i went to Los Santos Police Department and signed off.
