[BADGE GIVEN] (Passed second training)SAPD: Danny.Bowers
« on: June 30, 2012, 21:01:57 pm »
Ingame Nickname AND Character Name:Danny.Bowers /Officer Danny Bowers
Real-Life Age AND Ingame Age:Real-Life Age: 22. Ingame Age 36
How long have you played on Argonath RPG: Been a member since August 22nd, 2011
How long have you played as a cop: I've been playing as a cop every now and then, and last two weeks i've only been playing as cop
Are you a United States of Argonath Citizen (do you have a passport)?: Yes, i have.
Do you have a driver's license (issued by driving school)?: Yes, i have.
Have you read all "SAPD Police Procedures" topics?: Yes, i have.
Have you been an SAPD member before? (cadet or above): No, i have not, but looking forward to become one, if possible.
If yes, explain your previous rank in SAPD, did you resign, rejected or fired?:^^
Had an previous application that go rejected? (add link to old application):^^
Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 3 sentence): I'm enjoying the life of beeing a cop at Argonath. When i started out to play at Argo last year i started as a criminal,(As so many others aswell). I thought it was fun then, and i never had any thoughts about beeing a cop, even if i was a freecop sometimes. This last months i've been having a break from Argo, and when i came back two weeks ago, i started up as a freecop. I've been playing as cop everyday since then, and i'm enjoying every moment. The more i've been playing the more i've been thinking about applying to the SAPD, and now i'm very excited to see how it goes. Now i've been writing a little bit of why, but if i'm gonna give three short examples of WHY i want to become a SAPD member i would say: I love the highspeed chases, i love helping people out, and most of all i love the RP you get as an law-serving officer.

PATROL REPORT

Date: 1th Juli, 2012

Length: Approximately 3 hours.

Patrol Partner(s): Martin Beck, and Jack Kolta

Suspects Arrested: 2 Suspects arrested
Suspects Killed: I've I neutralized 2 suspects

Investigations Performed: None, since no suspects asked for it.

Tickets Issued: 1 Ticket were issued for reckless driving.

Description of the shift: The day started out at LSPD with a cop of coffe, with my partner Martin Beck. We talked about yesterdays happenings and formed a plan for todays shift. We decided to patrol LS for 2 Hours, then head up to Las Venturas, to continue the patrolling up there.
When the chatting was done we decided to start up the shift, by heading down to the LSPD Garage, to get our PD Car. As soon as we had left the building we met Jack Kolta who asked to join the patrolling, so he got in to the PD car aswell. Almost immediately we responded to a C187 and we quickly headed down towards Los Santos International to join the chase. As we came down there we saw that the Suspect were driving an high-speed motorcykle, and it quickly became clear this was going to be a hard task. I was the driver of the PD car and i tried to make the suspect surrender by shouting in the megaphone. That did'nt work out so great, so Officer Martin Beck reached out the window and shot a few bullets at his tire, giving him a flat. We were now at least 10 officers chasing the suspect, but still he did not surrender, so we decided to ram him of the road. The suspect drove straight in to a car and flew off his bike, but still wouldnt stop. The SU started to shoot at the officers at Scene, so i decided to handle it fast by shooting a deadly bullet in to the SU's chest, killing him instantly. As soon as the SU's body were taken care of, we headed up to Los Santos,FBI HQ to drop of our dear partner Jack Kolta, and to set an end, for todays patrolling in LS..
After a quick break at the Hamburger shot, in Temple, Los Santos me and Martin decided to take the highway up to Las Venturas and continue our patrol up there. When we arrived to Las Venturas we immideatly had to respond to Homicide at Whitewood Estates. Whitewood Estates is known for hosting a lot of drugtraffic so we both knew we had to be careful. When we arrived at Scene we saw two people heavely armed trying to run away by fot, so we quickly sprung up on them shouting at them to Surrender. When they understood they were beeing followed they stopped, and insted of running they decided to have a shoot-out with me and my partner, so Martin and I quickly fired back hitting one of the SU's in the head. When the second SU understood he was now all alone, with his friend now beeing dead, he decided to Surrender by throwing away his rifle, falling down on knees and putting his hands above his head. We cuffed the SU and read him the Miranda rights, as we put him in the car. We drove him to LVPD to put him away for a long time, charged for Murder..
When we jumped in to our PD car we had a call from a SU who wanted to turn himself in. So we drove down to Red County, met up with the SU and cuffed him without any problems. When we had the SU in custody we drove him to DPD and handed him in.
Our shift was now nearly ended so Martin Beck and I drove the PD car down to LSPD Garage and parked it, then entering LSPD to do some paperwork.

Notes: The shift was a success with two Criminals behind bars, and for the other two SU's who was'nt so lucky, May you rest in peace. I had a great time working with both Martin Beck and Jack Kolta, and I'm really enjoying to help the Argoticans feeling safe.

PATROL REPORT

Date: 3th Juli, 2012

Length: Approximately 2 hours.

Patrol Partner(s): Martin Beck

Suspects Arrested: 1 Suspects arrested
Suspects Killed: I've I neutralized 3 suspects

Description of the shift: The shift started out at Dillimore PD station. My partner Officer Martin Beck and I sat down in our PD car and drove down to Los Santos to start patrolling. As soon as we came down there, we heard on the radio about a homicide, and the description told us that the suspect was driving a red Sultan. And as we passed Market, Los Santos a red Sultan passed us in very high speed towards Mullholland Instersection, so we turned on our sirens and followed the car. At the highway we quickly run up on him and shouted through the megaphone asking him to stop the vehicle. And as he did not give us any response by doing what we told him we tried argue with him once more. We were given directions through the radio to use force, to try taking out the SU's tires. As soon as we where given the authority to do so, my partner Officer Martin Beck immedeatly leand out the window and fired towards the Sultan infront of us. Martin is a good shooter so after just a few shots the SU's tires where out. The SU had no chance to run away from us, so he decided to jump out of the car starting to fire at us. My partner and I were hiding behind our PD car as the bullets flew by. As soon as the bullets stopped we tried to rush out and quickly get a hold of the situation, but as soon as we got out of our shelter behind the PD car, Martin got hit by a  bullet in his chest, falling to the ground. I quickly fired a shot at the SU hitting him in the midsection. He falled down to the ground aswell, and i rushed over to Officer Martin Beck to see how bad it was. Officer Martin Beck answered me by cracking a few jokes, and i saw that he was OK, so i went over to the SU's body to see if he were still alive, but he was not. He had been bleeding to death due to blood in his lungs. After securing the Scene we drove to the Las Venturas Hospital do get Officer Martin checked on. After beeing checked by a nurse we were given OK, to proceed our shift. Since the bullet did not went through the West Officer Martin only had a few bruises, showing him he'd been shot.

We headed back to Los Santos PD, reported in a 10-6, so we was able to have a cop of coffe, but still beeing able to respond if we where called upon. As soon as we'd empty our cops we heard on the radio about a C207 & 211 at Los Santos Bank. We quickly went down to the PD garage and jumped in to our PD car and rushed over to the Scene. At the Scene we met up with Federal Agent Megamidget, Officer D.Bradford and Officer Mikro and geard up with wests and full automatic mp5's. After a few minutes more officers joind in to secure the Scene, but when we was about to breach the building, bullets flew by making it impossible to reach the entry of the building. It was a sniper, on a rooftop, shooting at every officer who was to slow to take cover. We quickly gained reports about the snipers whereabouts and Officer Mikro got a hold of a PD copter to take Officer Martin, Federal Agent Megamidget and myself to the roof-top to secure it. As we where going up to the top the shooter jumped up the bulding, throwing himself in to the rotorblades of the Helicopter and took his own life. It was messy, with blood all over, but at least the rest of the Officers on the ground now where Safe from bullets outside. When we was back outside the bank we were given orders to breach the bank. We lined up outside the entry and one of the leading officers did a countdown. As we stormed the bulding hell broke loose, with bullets flying everywhere. We pushed the robbers further in to the bank and as we reached the deepest section of the bank the bullets stop. The SU's had found an emergency EXIT and fled out on the streets. The SU's had cars waiting for them and quickly dissepeard. Soon every cop in the district was chasing the SU's and it did not take long untill we had them surrounded. The SU's had no where to go, and a shootout broke loose once again. Almost instantly it was over, and all the SU's for the C207 & 211 was either neutrallized or taken in to custody.

After this exhausting day Officer Martin and I drove back to the LSPD to end our shift, and to fill in our reports.

Notes: The shift was exhausting but it felt good afterwards knowing we prevented the disasters that could have been. And it feels good to know, I am helping out to keep the Argoticans safe. This is my job, and even if it's exhausting some times, i love my job.

In regards to the training today (See HERE for pictures and report).

Officer Danny Bowers showed much promise. A great start to the training he showed good roleplay in subduing a "badass criminal" enemy. I only hope that you apply this style when working on normal patrols. He also showed good communication and driving on the Scouting training and was easy to command, following orders quickly and efficiently in the live training scenario.

Overall I am quite impressed with his overall attitude to policing and look forward to seeing him in SAPD in the near future. As long as you keep a good attitude to cops and civilians and try to incorporate RP (like the fighting part of our training, using /gethit if you are attacked etc) you will do well.

PATROL REPORT

Date: 4th Juli, 2012

Approximately: 1 hour

Patrol Partner(s): None, i was patrolling alone.

Suspects Arrested: 1 Suspects arrested
Suspects Killed: I've I neutralized 0 suspects

Tickets Issued: 1 Ticket were issued for reckless driving.

Description of the shift: The day started out at Los Santos PD station, where i was given directions to Patrol alone on my upcoming shift. I went to the PD dressingroom to put on my motorcykle Uniform since i was going on a motorcykle. As soon as i was done i went down to the PD garage and jumped on a PD motorcykle and took of.

- The first incident happend at Marina, Los Santos, when i saw a fast-going Car ramming another vehicle just infront of me. I started my Sirens and it did'nt take long for the ramming car to turn in to the sidewalk. I parked my Motorcykle behind the car and walked up to the left window. I knocked on the window and the woman who was sitting in the passenger seat rolled it down. She looked terrified when i asked her for her driverslicense. I could tell on her face that she was very upset about the situation and was truefully sorry about what have happend. I went back to my vehicle to check her license, and it was valid, and she had no earlier incidents in the register what so ever. So i walked back to her car, with a written fine of 50$ for her to pay. She accepted the fine, so i gave her the licence back and told her to be more careful in the future..

- The man in the vehicle she had rammed, did also stop, but was'nt angry at all. The woman and the man quickly swapped numbers to each of their laweyrs to discusse the insurance questions of the damage delt to their cars. So it worked out fine.

- After this incident i was now out patrolling again. I was going a long the road from rodeo towards Los Santos Hospital when i got the call about a possible C261 at Glen Park, Los Santos, so i quickly drove over there. I was the first Officer on scene and when i got there i heard a woman creaming from one of the tunnels under the bridge, leading over Glen Park. I rushed over there and saw a man, sitting over a body, that i identified as the woman screaming. I yelled out i was the police and the man dissapeard from the tunnel in an instant. I rushed over to the woman to check if she was OK, and she told me the guy was here boyfriend, and that they had been argueing when he decided to hit her. Over all she was in good shape, with just a few bruises.

- A few minutes later medics arrived to examine her, so i knew she was in good hands.

- I sat up on my bike again and took of after the boyfriend. I heard on the radio that he had been spotted in a car driving towards Mullholland intersection up on the highway going north.

- It did not take long untill i spotted him at the highway-bridge passing through Red Couny up to Las Venturas so i decided to track him. After the bridge he kept going north untill he turned left in to the Los Santos Air Port. I quickly parked my Bike and decided to rush up on him by foot. Just as he jumped out of the vehicle i rammed him with my body, making him fall to ground. I sat down upon him and turned him face down. I got a hold of my cuffs and manged to cuff him without further resisting. Half minute later backup arrived so i read him the miranda rights and place him in the back of a PD car.

- After the quick trip to Las Venturas i headed back down to Los Santos to report in at the station.

PATROL REPORT

Date: 6th Juli, 2012

Approximately: 1 hour

Patrol Partner(s): None, i was patrolling alone.

Suspects Arrested: 1 Suspects arrested
Suspects Killed: I've I neutralized 1 suspects

Description of the shift: I was out patrolling at Marina, Los Santos when 2 SU's passed me in very high speed going towards Flint Intersection. I put on the sirens and chased after them. After passing Flint Intersection going in to Flint County the SU's stopped the car and jumped out. I knew they where both suspected for murder so as i jumped out my car i had to be careful. As soon as i got out of the car i Shouted to the both men to get on their knees and put their hands up in the air. They both obeyd and did so, so i started to walk forward to them, but as soon as i was close enough to them one of them jumped me and stabbed me in the leg, and i quickly pushed him off to the ground. I fell down to the ground aswell but got a hold of my Pistol and fired one bullet going directly through his chest. He was now neutralized. My legwound was hurting and i was just laying there on the ground aiming at the second SU, wating for backup to arrive. It did not take long untill both medics and a few officers arrived. The second SU still alive was transported away from scene by two of my colleuges.

- I was transported to Los Santos Hospital to get my wound looked upon. The cut was not to deep so they quickly stitched me up, and i was free to go home to rest.
