What Cyril said above is true and I apologize for my action. This occured over something stupid. In short terms, Afrim Potenza and another player stole my suspect. After numerous reports, no punishment has been placed on Afrim. Out of anger and spite, I shot him. As said earlier, I apologize for this and I hope to leave this in the past and look foward as I believe I can see myself far in law enforcement.
