1. Officer Name - Short description of the violation.

I had just logged back on from a Crash and was proceeding to drive down the exit ramp of Mulholland Intersection when cccCoReY_Alterlis came speeding up the ramp Code 3, he stopped his vehicle in front of mine and refused my right of way, after typing a small message in /p while I waited for him to pass he ordered me to pull over which I did. He then started to interrogate me about a scene that happened earlier in which an officer had been shot, he tried to place me in the wrong for fleeing the scene after the officer had been shot dead. After a while of this bickering he ordered I step out of the vehicle and attempted to frisk me without valid reason or Warrant, I refused this as there was no need for it and after consulting another officer he had agreed, I was then suspected for refusing to comply and at this point I demanded to see a supervisor about this, my questions were ignored. Another officer arrived on scene and demanded Corey to step down his offensive, this was ignored and Corey killed me. I am reporting this as it is not the first something like this has happened and I believe he has a personal vendetta against me, probably because I am the only one who stands up to him, unsure.

Here's the story:

We previously pull you over for driving on wrong lane at the Mulholland Intersection (below elevated traffic). You were driving in a pickup truck onto the direction of me, while I was patrolling, then suddenly change lane back to the correct lane. I u-turn and run Code 3 and pull you over, then officer Jenny proceed you with the traffic stop. (See evidence #1)

Suddenly there was another vehicle, coming in high speed, and crash into the traffic stop, I then have to chase and pull him over, the guy surrendered, and I proceeded that guy to the police station and then was returning to the Nathan's traffic stop. (See evidence #2-5)

I then received officer down call on the radio and also CB Channel that Jenny is being shot and killed at the traffic stop scene, I then proceed Code 3, rushing to it. I then see Nathan in a new vehicle (Sandking), driving off from the traffic stop about 200 meters, then I asked officer Jenny, did she let Nathan go or not, she replied with no, she was killed before she proceed with the traffic stop. I then chase Nathan, then ended up on his resident at Richman, where he stands infront of his house, with his car recklessly parked, presumed to be AFK, I then leave the scene and respond to another call. (See evidence #6-9)

Some time later, I then see Nathan driving off from the ramp from Mulholland Intersection and stopped in the middle of left lane, I then turn up Code 3 to him in an opposite direction, with light and siren fully, always on. He then proceed to drive, so then I u-turn to pull him over, he stopped in the middle of junction, I then tell him through megaphone to move off the ramp, and move further off the highway. Then we come to a traffic stop, which I then informed the above story, and telling him to get out from the vehicle for a routine frisk for the safety of himself and officers.

He refused to get out, in a time, and then not complying to both of the officers orders, we warned him multiple times as seen in the chat log and video.
I then proceed to warn him for the last time, and proceed with non-lethal force, using nightstick and pepper spray. Amazingly he still keep talking, and refuses to comply of what the officers have been told to, and still telling him to surrender, at once. He then have been terminated by Non-Lethal Force, which is clearly a procedures by the ARPD rules and the law. (See evidence #10-14 and evidence #15)

Apologies, I had not added that.

In response to Coreys Response, you are wrong on a few details, also my vehicle was on private lane, I'll park it how I please thank you very much.

First off lets review you're account of the first traffic stop, once Jenny was killed I fled for fear of being attacked, a valid reason, I also left in the State Buffalo which was ditched a the scene, I picked my Sandking up from the petrol station after it had been stolen you in no way chased me.

Secondly you were in front of my for a good 45 seconds I had considered you'd gone AFK or were just taking the piss due to you had not given any orders, a consistent problem with you, you then said to pull over at the side of the road, not at the nearest safe point to pull over...

I delayed my exit expecting you to leave for another call as you have done in the past when you appeared devoted to the scene I was also questioning you're reason for wasting peoples time to remind me of something that had happened earlier on. I refused to be frisked as you has no reason to believe I was carrying a firearm, weapon or illegal item hence you're reason for that is pointless.

I refused to comply because you're order was f**king pointless, it would be like me asking you for a strip search after you broke the speed limit, you were told by other officers to stop but you didn't care, it seemed as if you just wanted to kill me, possible revenge for the court case you lost, or the loss of you're job. My reasoning for this accusation is because in the end you didn't bother to ask if I was going to comply you just continued you're attack.

I confirm Corey's story.

We pulled Mr.Nathan over at Mulholland. I proceeded to talk to the driver while Corey was observing the scene in his vehicle, making sure he doesn't evade. When I started talking to Nathan, some guy came in full speed, ramming
Nathan's vehicle. Me and officer Corey tried to pull him over, but he evaded. Corey started pursuing him and he gave up after a while. He came back to the traffic stop to check if everything is fine then went to police station to jail the
suspect.

 I asked Mr. Nathan if he knows why we pulled him over, but he didn't know. I explained him that the drove on left lane, but Nathan denies it, saying it was "lag" which obviously wasn't. Mr. Nathan handed me a "book" with bunch of documents, including his previous memberships in military. I checked his license in MDC which is valid. When I handed him the license back, another person came in full speed, ramming Nathan's vehicle and abandoning the vehicle he made the crash with. I ran after him, telling him to stop. He ignored my orders and continued running to his scooter. I suspected him for evading. The suspect came off the bike, grabbing his gun (deagle) and shooting me. I returned fire but got shot down. I reported officer down on CB radio to Corey and police radio /r. Corey rushed to the scene, asking me if I let Nathan go from the traffic stop. I didn't let him go as I expected officer Corey to proceed with it and pull Nathan over if he flees away.

Later on, me and officer Corey were patrolling around Mulholland intersection, and saw Mr. Nathan in his Sandking, stopped on middle of the road. First time he didn't park properly at intersection so we told him to move on a bit, not to cause trouble to upcomming traffic. Officer Corey talked to Nathan, telling him he fled from the scene, without informing the law about officer down. He simply switched vehicle and went away like nothing happened.
As seen in the chatlog, officer Corey was trying to routine frisk him to make sure we weren't exposed to any danger by him. Though, Nathan still refused to comply, asking if we had a warrant (As far as I know, we don't need to have a warrant for routine check). After several warnings, he still didn't comply, which made me have to suspect him for Failure to comply. Even after that he refused to give up and ask for investigation if he felt abused. Corey started to use non-lethal force on him and Nathan was still refusing to give up and terminated.


About officer Lincoln:
From the beginning of traffic stop he was stopped at a house parking lot with his police vehicle, few meters from us. It seemed he was AFK the whole time until he suddenly came up to us, defending Mr. Nathan saying that he reported us for trying to frisk him. The officer said we have no right to frisk him "without cause". We clearly had cause to make sure we were exposed to no danger as Mr. Nathan fled from a shootout scene and traffic stop.
He asked for unsuspection of Nathan, as seen in the chatlog: "Lincoln_Jones(110): Police Radio: Request UNSUS 46 Being abused/harrased by U105 and U51, Over."
Nathan clearly wasn't harrased or abused by us. When Nathan was terminated, officer Lincoln said that he's going to report us to higher SAPD command.

San Andreas Police Department

CASE CLOSED

San Andreas Police Department have came to a conclusion regarding the report aganist CCCCorey_Alterlis.

As a result of this, we have decided the following;


According to Mr. Pskov's evidence, we couldn't find any sign of duty abuse for personal reasons. ARPD Officer Alterlis did everything according to law and procedures. The frisk that Officer constantly tried to perform on Mr.Pskov was legal and allowed according to the law:

Section II, Ordinance XI: A law enforcer can search and seize any illegal material. The search can only be justified by reasonable doubts and reasons. The citizen must be informed before the search. If he feels the reason is not good enough, he may request a superior authority such as sworn officer, police chief, federal agent or government official, to come and take a decision. The decision can be contested in court if the decision taken cannot be explained by valid reasons.

Officer explained this search to Mr. Pskov as officer's life could've been at risk.

As It was seen from evidence that officer had taken down the suspect, that was also according to the procedures. According to SAPD procedures, officer has right to take down idle suspect with pepper spray/nitestick after warnings If there is no other way to apprehend him.

No offences were found according to statements and evidences that were provided.

As a side note, I would like to point out, that If such incident shall occur again for Mr. Pskov then he should comply with officers right away and ask for investigation, then you may also ask for superiors. Failing to comply with officers or avoiding them makes any kind of crime valid.
