That is yet to be decided, it will most likely be handled by myself or the academy people.

Listen Arnold.
1.You are still not accepted as cadet so you can't take offical training.
2.You have to be 7 days cadet to start having trainings.

Congratz.. 

You have to contact an Academy leader or examiner for an exam. You can also contact a Captain to do it aswell.
There is not a 'Pre-Exam', just a part of a session that gets you ready for an exam.

I'm having a hard time sincerely believing you and am starting to regret allowing you to apply. I gave you a chance after the little incident on MSN about your application, you promised to change your attitude so I gave the the benefit of the doubt and allowed you to apply. However, you just proved me wrong when attempting to start a fight in the f**king Academy topic that has nothing to do with whatever the hell you were talking about. You started an argument over something you obviously knew nothing about, throwing false accusations at me, worst part was that I had no earthly clue what the f**k you were talking about. Your attitude showed me nothing but rank-hunting when you left, using the same bullshit excuse that everyone says "OH I LIKE IT BETTER AND HAVE MORE FRIENDS THERE LOLOLOL". We all know that's a load of bullshit, you aren't fooling anyone. I've seen it time and time before, and you did nothing but bring in another case of the rankhuntings.

What you've showed me, even after your 3rd apology, is that you have in fact not changed a bit from your flaming, rulebreaking, ban evading, annoying, immature days when you were banned from Argonath for god knows how long. I thought about your proposal and as I said, I wish to cooperate more with you ad your department. My plan is we do not set up any date for now as the general activity of the SAPD is still low because of the RL exams and so, but I suggest we PM each other once we notice a large ammount of units from your department and mine are online. This way we can be sure to attract as much Officer as possible to make it a success.

I hope you understand the way I wish to set any operation up with you.

I always gave good advices to all players around here, still do - but you should all consider that I'm busy in real-life and have a lot of duties to fill here as-well.
I can stress sometimes, just depends on the situation. I can click it and explode sometimes..
Hopefully nothing is taken to offence as the strictest way is much easier to communicate with if they do ignore the first warning of kindness.

My role here is mostly a direction person and a advisor, and things to be stayed well beyond the Argonath vision. If you do naughty stuff multiple times, then expect me to be holding you into a big horse where you need to learn a good example in things.

But the most important thing is that we all had great times with our curiosity.

I've applied for the SAPD and today I founded out something interested. Leroy Hudson told me that Arthuer Baker told he that I was accepted like a recruit. But no one has told me this, so I don't know how it is.

I still learning and it will be good if you can give me some tips, if you have observed me or something and I need to change on something.
