I have mentioned in your previous denial that you may only apply if you are truly ready again. Are you sure your attitude has been fixed and improved since then, and that we can expect none of those misdeeds to occur again?

Yes,My attitude has been fixed if i'm not in the mood i won't come online...;and if someone try's to provoke...officer Pulseeffect learned me the "powers" of screenshots XD

Just want to mention - everyone that applies gets a fair chance here, based on how they apply and contribute.

The least that they could ask from others who view their application, and especially those that post, to reply with something worthwhile - and hopefully something that's reflective of the actual intellect of the poster.
