[TIP] Patrol Images
« on: August 07, 2012, 23:44:43 pm »
Hello there fellow collegues!

When I take pictures for my Patrol Report, they always seem to upload into the opposite order causing my code to start with the last image instead of the first one.
This can cause you to waste alot of time in organising your pictures into the right order, which does take some time espescially if it was a long report.

Now, since I've experienced this issue much lately, I've spend some searching and came out on some sort of internet text editor that is able to reverse lines.
So, when it does happen that your images appear in the following code:

Code: [Select]
[img]end of your patrol[/img]
[img]near the end of your patrol[/img]
[img]middle of the patrol[/img]
[img]start of your patrol[/img]

.. It can be easily converted into..

Code: [Select]
[img]start of your patrol[/img]
[img]middle of the patrol[/img]
[img]near the end of your patrol[/img]
[img]end of your patrol[/img]

.. Without spending ages to copy/paste the links into the right order.

Should this problem occur to you, have a look at this!

Hope this help the people that experience the same issue as myself and that their valuable time is to be spend on more usefull things than setting your images in the right order!

No problem when uploading my patrol images with imgur, but thanks.

The main problem is that my laptop screens images in reversed order, making me to upload them in reversed order aswell, ending up with a reversed IMG code. I suppose others experience this problem aswell.

Thanks for the advise sire. :v:

No problemo!  :v:

Good tip :v:
However, when uploading a album into Imgur it isn't a problem but still for who is copying images into their report should do that way.
