ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. [TCL]Jenny_Adams - cccCoReY_Alterlis Both officers failed to give an improper investigation, and kept goofing around until reported to admins and informed about ARPD forums.

We gave him proper investigation later, but he didn't take pictures of that nor mentioned it.

We dropped charges, and it was handled by admin Patton and CBFasi.

I know I do not have the rights to post here, but. I must...

The main reason for posting is because I wanted to file an exact report on them. They are trolling to much, noany roleplay going on, they are not serious on duty, and cannot give a proper investigation. When I got suspected by them, I requested an investigation, which I quite didn't get. Constantly fooling around. After 10 minutes of their "proper" investigation, I decided to call an admin, and he unsuspected me finally. I was telling them it was a bug, but they ignored it, continued talking what I've done.

1. Accusing of me lying. We were ROLE PLAYING, which involves in LOCAL CHAT, which is a JOKING about the suspect, you. But we meant no harm, or offense, why would we say it out loud if we want to offense you, as everyone will see it and you can easily take action against us, and the admin punishments.
2. You answered, IMPROPERLY. Then that's why we joke with it.
3. I did not "keep accusing" you, I am telling the FACT that, what you've DONE, and asking WHY you do it, yet you stands your arguments, and continued to say we were not giving proper investigation.
4. Because the admin handled it already at the time, you don't need to take it to a more bigger problem. But that's your freewill, so I don't care.

We acts professionally on duty, MOST of the times, we have rights to have some fun and joke around, with OUR FRIENDS, and not INSULTING anyone, unlike you, who is the one who INSULTED us.

And guess why there are many reports, it got dropped and we're still a cop.
Because what we did is right, a reasonable task to do on duty.
We act professional and enforce the law seriously, and we're not forcing RP if someone doesn't like it.
People who reported us doesn't know about the way of law enforcement, or maybe you too.
And guess why we always record all the times when we're on duty, because people tended to report us, thinking they're abused by us.
Why would we record something that is against ourselves, if we're really abusing it?

First, I would like to get answers to some questions.

To Mr. Adam:
1.) Why do you report theese officers,after the charges were dropped by suspecting officer ?
2.) Failing to give proper investigation is aganist civil rights and you may sue them in court for that, why you report them here ?

1.) I am reporting because their conduct shown early in the investigation, was less than acceptable.

As I said, we were talking, joking with each other about what we have encountered before.

1. Sujpekt - Because the suspect said "suspekt", so we got realized with our inside jokes about that word, long time ago.
2. Keel sujpekt - Quoted from Argonath regular player who said this word long time ago, we jokes about it to each other, not offending anyone.
3. Sujpekt, u no need heel? - The suspect failed to response of medical attention, so we joke about the "heel" word, not offending anyone.
4. Derp. - Our way of ending the "unprofessional" jokes.

I admitted that we MAY be unprofessional and act like playing with "improper" investigation, but what we did is for fun, and joking with each other, not towards, or offending anyone else, as we have been on duty for a long period of times, being serious.

However those were not ALL THE TIMES playing/joking, we did gave the suspect PROPER investigation BEFORE and AFTER those jokes.
