Thank you Cyril.
I hope the SAPD will support my idea. I want to bring back the Police Roleplay. Cause I am tired of officers who prefer to shoot and kill instead of following police procedures.
Police work is NOT about chasing orange dots.
I will try to inform the public about this idea as I stated before, if they know what people with the SAEP tags are, they can relax and enjoy the gameplay. Instead of moaning about abuse.

It is called Elite because people will get trained for this, it's not something you can join and leave and join and leave again. I only want to put time and effort in officers who are motivated.
And with the SAPD getting reformed, I see this as a good opportunity for new cadets to join the SAPD.

In the SAEP I will make:

- The SATP, San Andreas Traffic Police
- The SAAP, San Andreas Air Police (Assisting SATP and regular patrol units)
- The SASP, San Andreas State Police = covering all regular crimes.
- The SAGU, San Andreas Gang Unit

This gives people the opportunity to join what they like the most.
They will only be able to join 1 devision, but ofcourse they assist the others.
By making these 3 subdevisions, I cover a big number types of crimes.

Traffic crime, regular, gang and drug crime + an eye in the sky.
This is my biggest goal I ever set.

I will make this project step by step, keeping it simple as possible.
I want to accomplish:
- Team work
- Improved crime prevention
- Diverse skills
- more respect towards SAPD and ARPD officers.

My first intention was training freecops, but using this system is more smooth, more productive.
Freecops and dark blue officers can join.
I am not a dictator, if people have suggestions they can inform me about it etc.

this idea looks kinda mixed and messy, but as I said, once the topic is done, it all gets clear.

If you think: what if SAPD officers join the SAEP?

SAPD officers are in the LSPD, SFPD etc.
They are spread out over San Andreas and that is a good thing.
Why?
--> exemple: Imagine if some SAPD officers from different departments join the SAEP, SATP. This means that the LSPD SATP officers will do crime prevention in LS, the SFPD officers who are in the SATP will cocer up the Sf area etc. So being in a department is no problem.

Everything is still vague, but I promise I'll get there at the end. I love new challenges and I think this is a nice idea.

hmmh.... Sounds very nice.
What if someone joined the SAEP? Do they have to do different duties, such as Patrol reports, Assignments, etc.? or did you just make this "group" to show other players that the officer with the tag is not abusing?

They do have different assignments. First off I wanted to train people and let them wear a tag if they don't abuse, but now, I expanded my thoughts. I want to create something for experienced officers to!
Each subdevision of the SAEP will get different assignments.
SATP: traffic duties
SASP: the 'routine' duties
SAGU: concentrating on drugs and gang activity.

Each of them will have to work on a professional basis.
It is more about RP in game but also on the forums.

Exemple: SAGU members will have to report patrols, telling what they did, if they found drugs or not etc, SATP cops will have to file speed offenses etc.

The beautiful thing is, for exemple: If the SATP does a traffic checkpoint in a gang area, the SAGU can come and assist, cause SAGU will get more training in Coping with drugs.

I want to make a puzzle, each piece consists of a subdevision d the total puzzle is SAEP.

Epicness...
Unfortunatelly, i am not serving for the police anymore :/

Thanks for your positive remark. Well who knows, mayby you become a cop again in the future.
Now begins the difficult part of organising it. but i am very motivated, I got a clear thought about this so, all be good.
I watched documentaries about each division so I know what it is all about.

SATP is based on the california highway patrol
SAAP on a general air unit of the united states
SAGU is based on the LAPD gang units
SASP is based on the state police of The United States.

I will make ranks for each devision, logos, trying to find character skin mods, logos, ford crown vic skin mods, setting up rules and much more!

Roske, DEA is a joke. I admit, I also was like you, very sure about DEA.. But you don't see the point. You have 1 member, are you sure, you can work as a team with one man?

Even if the DEA i still active, SAGU can and will be start up. I want absolute professionalism, I want to be able to know what is going on on the streets. I do not know how the DEA works. SAGU is not a pure narcotic unit. It is about gangs, illegal firearms, house searching, drugs, violence, etc etc.
I always say: better 2 teams than 1. The amounts of drugs are outnumbering the units etting drugs of the street.
I hope we can work together in the future. I do not want any dispute with people who are ln the same side.

Due to the crimes most go all around SA, State Police can enter the bounderies of cities. As I want to have SAPD members join this to, they will patrol as department officers, in the SAEP.

What is the SAEP all about? does it also mean san andreas elite police. If so, I will change the name.
