Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators:

Violator: BeaconHunter (known as Chris_Knight) and RaR (known as [ALS]Eric_Caltson)

Story: Short and simple. Went on duty, approached a suspicious activity near LSCH, and attempted to roleplay with a cilivilian. While I was trying to do that, two officers, RaR and BeaconHunter were punching me, telling me to "STFU" and eventually killing me. We had an argument over mainchat, which I will regret and cannot control in such situations, about it. I told them I tried to roleplay, they were telling I was trying to kidnap the civilian, which is not true... I cannot kidnap whilst on duty (being a cop). They told me they were "ROLEPLAYING" that I was a suspect.. I cannot stand such officers abusing their badges they do NOT deserve at all. Breaking the LAW, police procedures and the server rules is unacceptable.

Evidence: Here.

Note: I sprayed officer RaR (I know its against the procedures and everything) because he was constantly punching me, and I had somewhat 5-10hp. I am terribly sorry about that.

Date: 18th of August, 2012.
Time: 16:15

Civillian(s) involved: TeaM_Barbaro

Signed,
Zlatan.

Hello I am BeaconHunter, also known as Officer Chris Knight. I'll be defending my self from this forum account as it's only one I acquire.

So story is exactly short and simple, you constantly harassing Barbaro, and today it was no way different, but you crossed your line within police duty.
You clearly attempted kidnap an civilian without any valid explanation what for and do you have any valid evidence to detain in first place.

So obviously it was kidnapping on duty... Rar was reaction on kidnap effectively with a force against you to prevent your kidnap. In mean time I was requesting backup of SAPD CMD or FBI agents,to detain you and remove from your dutys or public. In mean time you scrolled your pepper spray and assaulted Rar back,in that case he was officer protecting citizen, and u were kidnapper assaulting an officer.  Therefore I scrolled my gun and shot you down,to protect citizens and officers life.

I do not see any wrong doings and I'm clearly assure that fellow officers either.

Regards Chris Knight / BeaconHunter.

Actually, I was not kidnapping anybody. I clearly said "You're under arrest", I was trying to roleplay. And about stalking, no. Thats wrong, we were just messing around on mainchat "marry me". One simply cannot shot down an officer of the law, without knowing why I'm arresting her, am I arresting her... Maybe she was involved in a huge drug deal, and I could of bust her, but you punched me. I simply tried to roleplay, nothing else.

Morais will post logs clearly displaying your "reasonable arrest" . And you are allowed mess around within boundaries, kidnapping on duty crossed it.

Good afternoon, my name is Eric, also known as RaR.

What a fancy story you got there Mr. Zlatan. In the last couple of days I've been hanging around the civilian TeaM_Barbaro, since I'm a friend of this player, and I couldn't stop noticing how you keep harassing the player, time after time. Let me tell you, I love your short story, but you forgot to mention something:

Local chat, logs can be checked, have fun:

*Zlatan gets near we three*:
[15:09:53] Zlatan(73) says: You
[15:09:53] RaR(70) says: Here's the pdo
[15:09:54] BeaconHunter(14) says: no i do
[15:09:58] Zlatan(73) shouts: You are under arrest!!
[15:10:05] RaR(70) says: stfu k?
[15:10:25] Zlatan(73) attempts to cuff her.
[15:10:35] BeaconHunter(14) says: we got rapist over here
[15:10:36] RaR(70) says: Do /em s/f zlatan
[15:10:36] RaR(70) fails.
[15:10:38] BeaconHunter(14) says: hide yo kids
[15:10:47] RaR(70) shouts: Weeeeeelllllll!!
[15:10:47] Zlatan(73) says: One more punch, I swear of god
[15:10:53] RaR(70) says: Swer of?
[15:10:53] BeaconHunter(14): Police Radio: Need FBI,SAPD CMD, Over.
[15:10:59] BeaconHunter(14): Police Radio: Officer kidnapping , Over.
[15:11:05] BeaconHunter(14): Police Radio: U73, Over.
[15:11:07] Zlatan(73) says: Stop it
[15:11:11] Killer was fined $1500!
[15:11:13] <RaR> (70) lol
[15:11:19] <Zlatan> (73) Time for ARPD forums, yayyy!

So, yes he got to the scene, where three players were talking so it's super suspicious, since two police officers and a civilian is a national security issue.

Good luck with your report, and like I told you In game, grow up. If you want to role-play you're free pal, but stop being a jerk for the others. What is unacceptable is your attitude, like you're the best. But for your bad luck, I'm used to this kind of people.

I tried to roleplay, what is bad in that? That is not the point here in this report, the point is, you punching me and then Chris killing me.

And please, lets not talk about attitude's here, telling me to grow up, STFU etcetc.

The log shows everything as in the pictures I uploaded.

Its not awesome, its sad. Its sad everyday I have to report someone, over and over for doing useless and forbidden things such as these. Just because you're an admin doesn't mean you have abilities to deathmatch and act like you're the boss.

The report is about a situation.. not about what you like to focus. That would be amazing right?

Now, you sir should know that: You cannot force role play. Which you obviously did. You came near Barbaro, and just [15:09:58] Zlatan(73) shouts: You are under arrest!! How is that role play?

And also, you can't lie in a report, which again you did... There was no "a suspicious activity near LSCH" we were chatting. I will even add, Barbaro didn't even said 1 word. So it must be cool to role-play with yourself!
What's bad here, is that you showed a despicable attitude near a civilian, where you should show nothing but professionalism. If you want to stalk her, go off duty and find your "super cool role play stalking characters".

Also, Chris didn't deathmatch, following your logic he role played. Because there he can do whatever he wants right? You were a risk to the civilian, you were taken out. Simple as that. He didn't act like he's the boss, we only laugh at this pathetic situation.

My "yayyy" is mine. It can be a "f**k", a "hell yeah", a "noo". Its mine, so it can basicly be anything I want. The "yayyy" right there is actually saying "Oh not again".

A roleplay cannot be judged. Everyone can roleplay how they want to. Forcing roleplay (which I do not like, nor do) is not allowed. A roleplay goes how it goes, you can never plan it. I did not do /em S / F, because she knows what to do. I did not do /me CUFFS HER, I did /me ATTEMPTS to cuff her. There is a huge difference.

I can stalk whoever and whenever I want to, as long as I am roleplaying. Here in this case, I was trying to roleplay something new.

Imagine this:

Two officers - one civilian standing infront of a 24/7. A cop sent by an FBI agent+ or a lt+ to arrest that civilian without any knowledge of the other officers around. What would happen? The two officers protecting the civilian (that was accused of drug deals perhaps) punches the officer, and then kills him. You would get fired ofcourse, and perhaps go to jail, with the loose suspect.

[15:05:58] Zlatan(73) has joined the server from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

5 minutes later you popped out near us. Seems like a dangerous mission comrade! We have a police radio for a reason, so that's a really bad situation.

I can stalk whoever and whenever I want to, as long as I am roleplaying. Here in this case, I was trying to roleplay something new.

No no no...

Argonath Constitution..

Quote
Ordinance IV: The right of the citizens to be secure in their own belongings against unreasonable searches shall not be violated without probable cause. A citizen may neither be arrested without a legal reason. A law enforcer is allowed to question a person if he has any reasonable motive to think this person is doing a suspicious act. The law enforcer cannot force a person to be put in detention in the only goal to interrogate him. If, in any case, the law enforcer had to transport the person to another area in order to interrogate him and the person is found not guilty, it is the law enforcer responsibility to transport or pay for a transport to carry the person back to his initial location where he was when he was approached to be interrogated.

Quote
Act XIV: It is not allowed to spy, follow, track, interrogate or stalk another civilian.
XIV.I: Act XIV does not apply to law enforcement agencies excepted for stalking which is still a crime.

Role-playing something that goes against the constitution... maybe we should open a report on you...

That was an example. Who knows, maybe I crashed? Maybe relogged? Do not judge without the proper proof. And sure, if you want to go ahead and open the report. I did not stalk anybody. As an officer, I can stalk (or investigate, as a more appropriate word for this) suspicious activity.

You missed this quote?

Radio communication, if FBI wanted you to do something, it would be reported on the radio, same thing with S.A.P.D Command Staff. If you wanted to arrest the citizen you would talk to us. If it was a suspicious activity you would talk with the officers on scene.

This isn't going very well for your side is it...

Aha, that was an example. So we can't follow a suspicious vehicle and order it to stop on the right side of the road? And don't you worry about my side. I haven't done anything wrong. Look at the screenshots (if that will help).

An example? You said:
Quote

You did something wrong, you stalked a civilian, and tried to arrest for no reason. Procedure, protocol, rules break. You choose.

I wish you provide any valid reason of detaining this citizen or provide any warrant placed by FBI/SAPD .

If in case you can't provide any evidence,it's kidnapping and I request public apology to me and Officer Rar.
