Paul already fired Jackson once for insulting other players and then reinstating him trusting he wouldn't do it again but he did.

Excuse me I don't see you being command staff you only an officer in samp now please abide by those rules.

Well you fired him the first time he trolled. I would like that again. It's all up to you.

With all due respect, I know I cannot post here but I must say something...

Yesterday when I was making punch events, which were spectated by the administration and had about 10+ people involved in the event, Jackson decided to ruin it by shooting me as a civilian. It was a punch event and not a shooting one. When administration asked him why he did that he said it was an accident (which is ofcourse a lie).

P.S. If he was reported, he should of replied to this topic.

He was a civilian, so it is administration matter. Stop blaming officers as soon as you spot doing them something wrong, If they are doing something wrong then they will be eventually punished.

I think [email protected] is the box, if you need to file complain over there. There's no proof that i was on duty, plus PM doesn't count. Can you show us the whole conversation, just not my part, since you started first.

You must file a report towards [email protected] if you wish to follow on towards the offences committed by Jackson.
Further more, Jackson is advised to behave properly towards the players in-game.
