A simple Question
« on: September 02, 2012, 14:28:47 pm »
[6]. When pulling over a citizen for any kind of offense, SAPD officers should never use the suspect command if their intention is to fine the citizen. SAPD command will not unsuspect for having paid a fine if the citizen is suspected by an SAPD officer. This should be communicated to ARPD officers as well, until it is a clearly known rule.

Can I ask a question,What is the suspect evade after we /m1 3 times? Can we use /su id Evade?

That rule goes for when you are issuing a fine for a citizen who complied to stop and listen to you.

If the citizen is ignoring your megaphone warnings regardless of your intention to fine them, you can use the /su command.

What was wrong and pointed at by this rule was the common practice of having officers /su people to get their attention. Then the recently-suspected player would stop, officer would offer a fine, then ask for unsuspect after getting paid.

Just be sure to  get  near him, or atleast near so he can read the /m1 warning.
Do it three times, if he fails to comply, suspect him.
