ARPD Report - [VL]Billy & [VL]Case

To whom it may concern at the SAPD,

ARPD Officer Policy violators:
1. [VL]Billy - Opened fire on an unarmed; stationary suspect in the midst of an on-scene investigation. Edit note: Has been copbanned
2. [VL]Case - Opened fire on an unarmed; stationary suspect in the midst of an on-scene investigation.

Evidence A) Video Recording

Date: September 4th, 2012
Time: 20:32 Server Time

Civillian(s) involved:
1. Steven_Magerit - Suspect individual who was shot and killed by these officers.
2. Lloyd_Koltsov - Firefighter who reported civilian 1 for an offense leading to the traffic stop.
3. Nick_Guetta - Firefighter who was with civilian 1 as he was stopped by myself.

Note(s):
I would like to make note in this report the involved officers obvious affiliation. And while the video does not show it, both officers arrived as I had performed a stop on the subject and stood around, assuming to provide cover backup which was not only perfectly fine, but welcome given I was the only officer on scene. They then both, simultaneously opened fire in rapid succession, then swiftly left. Not one word was said.

Thank you for accepting this report under investigation.

I attempted to notify them at the time that a report was being filed however they seemed to dismiss that as something like 'you won't really file one', so I am unsure if they will respond. Due to that, I will attempt to notify them again that a report is not pending but has been filed and that they should come here and respond.

Oh naturally I intend as much, but the signs I were receiving was he didn't quite 'get' what I was saying, or was disinterested in responding. That being said, I'll attempt to reiterate and remind him once more that he really should make a statement.

[VL]Case told me that he has also been copbanned. I'm assuming this is true, in which case I expect this report to be formally closed now, so I thank you for your time and patience.
