SAPD: [WS]Brokman
« on: September 18, 2012, 20:19:59 pm »
Ingame Nickname AND Character Name:     [WS]Brokman / Brokman.
Real-Life Age AND Ingame Age:        20 / 48.
How long have you played on Argonath RPG:      Since Febrery 2008.
How long have you played as a cop:       Since Febrery 2008, with some break time.
Are you a United States of Argonath Citizen (do you have a passport)?:      Yes I am.
Do you have a driver's license (issued by driving school)?:      Yes I have.
Have you read all "SAPD Police Procedures" topics?:     Yes, I have.
Have you been an SAPD member before? (cadet or above):     Yes, I was an SFPD Senior Officer and member of the SFPD SWAT Team.
If yes, explain your previous rank in SAPD, did you resign, rejected or fired?:      I wanted to test myself with other challenges, and I tryed FBI. I was FBI Cadet but due to joinning French Police IRL (at lowest rank) I had to be inactive ingame during sevral month, after what I got my affectation on Paris (I have been randomly sent in police courrier unit, which is a very nice job until I rank up  ). Now I have freetime to spend on Argo again, but surely not enough as FBI request so I prefer returning to SAPD, if you accept me, were I had a very fun time RPing an Argo officer with the rest of the SAPD, if they accept me ofc.
Had an previous application that go rejected? (add link to old applications):      Negative.
Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 3 sentences):      I know the job and I like it. I may not accept to see criminality having nice time without doing anything, so I do something, joinning police services. I got, as we say, the police virus, the sirens' call, I have to protect and serve people that may not protect themselves or request our services.

Signed,
Brokman.

[WS]Brokman :: ARPD Officer :: Patrol Report

:: Report#A-20/09/12-6:28PM-to-7:30PM ::

-6:28pm :: Taking service. Wearing the regular motorbike uniform with visible badge indicating my function of law enforcement as ARPD Officer at Act XIII.I of the Constitution Of The State Of San Andreas, armed of the regular ARPD officer equipment wich is a Desert Eagle, a NightStick, PeperSpray and with addition of a personal regular Shotgun, I start a motorbike patrol from DPD, reporte as U27 on the air, covering San Andreas.

-6:45pm :: A person suspected for murder get spoted at Ammunation located at Market, Los Santos. I intervene there, when I enter the gunsmith indicate me that the suspect just exited by back door. Then I exit and I see the suspect who was opening fire on an ARPD officer who is arriving in a LSPD car on scene. According Act XIII.II of the Constitution Of The State Of San Andreas and 1.1 of the SAPD Procedures and Regulations I shoot on the suspect with my personal Shotgun without warning and take him down.

-6:50pm :: We have a suspect for assault with no more details reported in Pershing Square. When I arrive on scene I see the suspect evading in Blooding Banger. I aske him to pull over using megaphone of the PDmotorbike, suspect start to show hostility, ramming my motorbike, so I attempt to force him to stop, we enter LS Highway were suspect crash by himself (/q or crashed but didn't come back). The Blooding Banger got restitute to Central garage for further investigation and procedure.

-6:58pm :: While positioned for a trafic control in Vernona Beach, LS, I reconize a suspected car : beige and black Bullet, driving very fast, so I am taking this one in charge. The owner of the Bullet was affiliated to Luciano Familly and wanted for murder. The pursuit end in Market, LS where the driver crash his car. He start to run away on foot after sevral warnings advising him to surrender. Sevral other ARPD Officers arrive on scene and take down the suspect using lethal force.

-7:00pm :: We got a situation at Luciano HQ, Verona Beach, LS. When I arrive on the road near scene, I see someone running pursued by ARPD officers, so I stop in front of him and I warn him about my intentions to use force if he refuse to stop, as he continue to run, ignoring my warning I got after him, but we have a call on air requesting backup in front of the HQ, so I decide to leave this suspect to the attention of ARPD officers who was still running after him and I continue to Luciano HQ.
Then I find the same situation : ARPD officers running after a suspect. I proceed by same way : warning him of my intentions. Then the suspect enter in a car while LSPD Officers arrive on scene to back up. We open fire on his car, an Infernus, who was already partialy blocked by the PD cruiser of the LSPD units, in order to neutralize it. The car blows up and the suspect dies from an ARPD officer's shot.
Then we enter the HQ of Luciano Familly as a suspect is still retrenched inside. While I am progressing in coridors with LSPD officers and we handle a citizen on scene, the suspect is taken down by ARPD officers while he is shooting on them with a war weapon. We got sevral ARPD officers who assaulted him injured.

-7:18pm :: I have a report of a high speed pursuit on Las Venturas Highway. As I am available and equiped with PD motorbike which fits fine for high speed pursuit, I decide to respond to the call from LS. I position myself at South Julius Thruway in order to intercept the suspect. The suspect arrive on a fast motorbike, I guess an NRG-500, and I engage the pursuit. A bit further the LVPD units intercept him with their cruisers and make him having a motorbike crash. The suspect start to runaway on foot, pursued by all of us. We uncircl him at the TransFender parking and ask him sevral time to drop his weapon and to surrender. As the suspect seams to comply, an LVPD officer proceed to an handcuffing when the suspect unsheathes a weapon and so threat the LVPD officer proceeding's life , we open the fire immediatly without warning, the Captain Tom Adams neutralizes him using lethal force.

Your patrol reports are what I like to see from applicants, being a former member of the SAPD; I can't say I'm surprised to see this level from you. Perhaps, start thinking about a department that you like and patrolling with them too.

A partner on your bike patrol could possibly assist you greatly and when possible, a few pictures from your patrol would be fantastic too. Organised patrols always need a good pair of bike units helping them in the field.

Best of luck.

[WS]Brokman :: ARPD Officer :: Patrol Report

:: Report#B-21/09/12-6:15PM-to-7:35PM ::

-6:15pm :: Taking service. Wearing the regular motorbike uniform with visible badge indicating my function of law enforcement as ARPD Officer at Act XIII.I of the Constitution Of The State Of San Andreas, armed of the regular ARPD officer equipment wich is a Desert Eagle, a NightStick, PeperSpray and with addition of a personal regular Shotgun, I start a motorbike patrol from LSPD, reported as U52 on the air, covering Los Santos.

-6:25pm :: We got a call on the air about a suspect spotted in Mullholand Intersection, Los Santos. I reporte myself responding, proceeding in code 3 as requested. When arriving on scene, the unit who did make the call tell me that they lost the visual so I patrol the area to try to find the suspect when I see a pursuit in progess a bit furthur. I join the pursuit, we are 3 cruisers engaged with a motorbike of mine after a newsvan. The pursuit leads us to Los Santos' sewers tunnels were the suspect's car get immobilized.
The suspect attempts to runaway on foot but get shortly uncircled by us, we give him sevral warnings when the suspect unsheathes a Desert Eagle and start shooting on officers so at the same time we open fire on him. The suspect surrender and I proceed to handcuffing as I am the nearest officer.
I read him his miranda rights according Ordinance XII of Section I of the  Constitution Of The State Of San Andreas, that he acquiesces, and handcuffs him at 6:35pm the 21 of september year 2012 in the sewers tunnel located in Willowfield, Los Santos according Act XIII.III of the Constitution Of The State Of San Andreas.
I want to drag him in a LSPD cruiser but the officers already left the scene so I choise to take him on the PD motorbike. The suspect got asked if he wishes a medical check, which he refused.
I reporte on the air returning to LSPD to proceed to custody.
There, I write the custody procedure in presence of the suspect :
Quote
The suspect showed a proof of his identity with an Argonath passport, identifying himself as "Al Sevensson"
The following faults were reproched to this citizen : -Being drunk in public-[Act XVII CSSA] :: -Evading police-[Act XIII CSSA] :: -Reffusing to comply-[Act XXIV CSSA] :: -Assault on Police-[Act I CSSA] ::
The suspect agreed with all of this above and explained :
" I was joking with a friend that I was drunk but I was not, then police arrived so I evaded, I continued to try to escape and then I used a Desert Eagle and openned fire on police"
The suspect as been charged with the highest charge : -Assault on law enforcement-[Act I CSSA]
The suspect agreed with all above and signed.

Then I proceed to custody process :

I used a new format for report, posting the "printed" here. If you prefer to see a forum post report, just ask. I use this in order to avoid me to loose a lot of time fighting with bbc to write it here. Moreover it looks a bit more clean there. I wont post visual directly here as it would spamm all the page.
