Interfering with people's business is not necessary. I advise you not to,let sapd command handle the case

Let me make this clear. ARPD Officers are to follow laws like any other civilian, smoking weed is illegal in public places, so therefore you were in breach of police regulations.

Take this as a warning, be seen smoking weed on duty in a public place again and your rights will be taken for an amount of time needed to ensure you learn to not do it again. Anything to add before this report is closed?

Also, I'm not sure whether this has been forgotten or something. But:
Anyone not involved in a ARPD Officer report, please do not post unless you are a victim or witness.

Sergeants+ will look onto the report and will give their decision.

This is not a show and tell, you want to provide your opinion? You send a message to a command member that is cleared to post here.

I do know that, But Im smoking for medical purposes. When i get a adrenaline rush i need to cool down.. Also im the one being reported so stop telling me pming others, Otherwhise you want my opionon or you shut this case down. Also, That officer could stepped to me and tell me that i ain't allowed to smoke, Instead of rushing to the ARPD Forums and reporting me, Seems like the toilets needs abit cleaning.

Going to wrap this up here and now. If you want to smoke marijuana on duty for 'medical purpose' the simply answer is no. Get back to the station and get off duty, go home and then do it. Simple as that.

If either officer is found breaking regulations on this topic again, they will be suspended for an amount of time decided by the suspecting officer.

Case closed, both officers warned.
