Why do you want to join Vice City Police Department: Law enforcement is something my family is proud of. I find no difficulties in law enforcing as I am fully aware of the police procedures and 'what-to-do's' in the field. I am specialized in paper-work. Recently hailing from San Andreas for a vacation, I feel Vice City needs more law units to serve and protect the citizens of the great city, I also want to make sure the VCPD has a good relationship with the citizens.

Date: September 26th, of 2012

Summary:

I started my patrol as usual from the main VCPD HQ, took my uniform and my equipment, additional to the cruiser keys. I headed directly to the precinct parking lot then commenced my patrol right after managing to get hands on a peace-keeper (patrolcar), as a welcoming to Vice City, I was tested by two individuals to evaluate my law enforcement skills. A traffic stop has been scheduled in order to keep track on my skills. And that's what happened - A traffic stop near Malibu Club. The individuals, inside a two-seat car, have shown no sign of stress or resist, and have fully co-operated. Results, nothing suspicious, and they're good to go. Just after ruling the traffic stop as successful and over, a white male, in his 30's, assaulted one of the two individuals, later identified as Vice City regulars. That was a valid warrant for a suspection, therefore the suspection has been made. Suspect identified as 'Mr. Hit Man', was taken down using lethal force. A knife was confiscated. The same knife that was used during the attack.

Hi Sergio,

I had a few questions for you.
It's really great to see that you have been with the community a long time (pretty awesome - half a year/9-10 months after myself ), and I am quite certain that you have the knowledge and experience to carry you forward in this process.
- Since when have you been playing on the Argonath VC:MP server?

With practically every single applicant we get actions are carried out with caution, though also with our greatest efforts to not be too limiting.
One concern that I had at this point was your past and current SA:MP activity. I know that you played a long time role in the San Andreas Police Department, and that there were both the good and tough times. Would you say you have changed anything personally, based on experiences there?

Also, you're part of one of the unofficial law enforcement groups in SA:MP too, how does that affect your activity here? For instance, how many hours would you say you are on VC:MP server in an average week?

We completely understand that most people have busy things going on in real life and don't expect people to be there constantly, day in day out.
But we do expect people to maintain a regular level of activity that is not short lived or very minimal.

I have been playing the Vice City server 3-5-6-7 months ago. I'm not pretty sure about it. But I was playing it after testing the MTA:SA server, which was at February. So I think possibilities are starting from Feb.

In RP:

In my times in San Andreas Police Department, I can definitely say that I have changed. I was an alcoholic person, now I am drug-free. A Straight-Edge. You'll understand in time what is it. I did a bloody well done work in LSPD/LVPD/BCPD - And I know that. I've got more mature and more reliable, and I received many responsibilities there. A handy-man!

I always come in the right time when people are on, and I enjoy it. I'll get used to it, and soon to when server is empty.
I reduced my activity on SA:MP though even if I joined a law enforcement group, I'll attempt to balance my activity.

Was just checking up some things. From a little bit of info you gave us a while back, I think your first day in VC:MP would've been the 15th of February 2012, possibly.

What would you say "out of RP"?
We understand that people may make misjudgements, do things they later regret (no one's infalliable to all that, after all) and have no issues in accommodating with indifference those that show they've picked up and are loyal to what they say.

As a result of time zones and all the "little things in between", there may be a few parts of the day when the server is not so busy.
Hopefully that becomes less and less.

Everyone does mistakes, so did Lionel, and well, so did i. Sometimes these mistakes might have a great cost to pay, and i'm a perfect example.

But these doubts about Lionel are unjustified, Legend. When BCSD was still there, i assigned him as an Internal Affairs comittee, and i must say that i do not regret doing it. He has common sense and great attitude. He might not be good at fighting, but fighting is not the only factor officer has to be capable of.

I made no mistake in SAPD and I have no regret for what I have done there.

- I have made no mistake.. If there is someone or something that made a mistake or misjudgement, that'll be the SAPD command. Basically, what I will say in out of RP, is that I was a rulebreaker in 2009, and was banned multiple times. My attempts to join SAPD back then failed. But I succeeded. Remember, you will succeed. And you must not fail.
