ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Oscar Santos - Shooting idle and unarmed suspect; therefore misuse of duty weaponry.

Basically, I was ordering heroin in Bayside (I admit this and gave over all heroin on me in EQPD). Oscar comes along, suspects me without talking to me to even confirm it.
After the suspection, he immediately shot at me. I had 75% armour and 100% health upon which; left me with around 50% of health after being shot at while I was standing still and unarmed. I did try and explain he can not shot idle suspects but it seems he won't accept the fact he did.
