I, Harris Corleone the legal representive of the Corleone lawyer enterprises agreeing that I was involved in this situation as a Corleone lawyer, stating that everything in the video is true, the attempts to close the investigation by the officer, the bullets fired by him and so on. By stating this, I agree to every term as a lawyer and I agree to everything my client stated about.

On the other hand, this ARPD officer abused and broke the law against this lawfull citizen of Argonath states.

As the officer stated himself, he has no proof on that the client did/did not speed, neither he has witnesses to prove it. My client is stating that he was driving at a 20KM/H(The limit is 80KM/H) speed in the city, which is allowed, as far as I know if the laws didn't change in this time of being. Also my client said that the officer didn't give him a verbal warning after any suspection and arresting, neither the officer attempted to pull him over for a ticket of any kind, my client got clearly abused by this officer of the law, because the officer trully broke the rules of  LEO.

As far as I witnessed, the officer wanted to stop the investigation and put my client straight to jail - what is this? Citizens have rights too, which in this case the citizen (My client) did use this, hence the officer didn't care and opened fire on his lawyer (Me) and attempted to jail my client without a former and propper investigation.

During the investigation, the officer stated he has 'proof' of my client speeding, thus he only showed me chatlogs of his in the middle of a roleplay investigation, which the chatlogs could've also been made up of course, since the officer didn't have any witnesses to prove all of his statings.

I, Captain Adams will be handling this report. Now the first part of video, which took place in Los Santos Police Department most likely, seems to be okay from the officer side as he pulled out his side arm, but got shot first which turned into a shootout.
 Now, at the traffic stop part I dont see anything wrong over there as officer did try to check your documents. After that, in the third part he did actually something aganist the consitution:

Ordinance IV: The right of the citizens to be secure in their own belongings against unreasonable searches shall not be violated without probable cause. A citizen may neither be arrested without a legal reason. A law enforcer is allowed to question a person if he has any reasonable motive to think this person is doing a suspicious act. The law enforcer cannot force a person to be put in detention in the only goal to interrogate him. If, in any case, the law enforcer had to transport the person to another area in order to interrogate him and the person is found not guilty, it is the law enforcer responsibility to transport or pay for a transport to carry the person back to his initial location where he was when he was approached to be interrogated.

Alright, I think I shall need to expand.

I was suspected by him for speeding without any sort of warning nor any attempts to stop me as he remained where he suspected me at.

I surrendered immediately and asked for an investigation upon which; I was left under /gu for nearly 5 minutes.

He attempted to violate my Miranda rights by trying to make me talk, without my Lawyer who was on his way.

After the shootout, I was left again and then the officer returned back into LSPD after about 4 minutes.

Anyhow, TeaM_MIB came inside and gave the investigation and unsuspected myself, due to the officer failing to use /m1.

When I walked around the corner from LSPD, after the unsuspection, he had no valid grounds to stop me which is clearly witch hunting for being unsuspected.

Then, after he left, I ran across the road ( North West corner of Pershing Sq ), he stopped me for crossing a road.

When I asked him for grounds to stop me, I got suspected for "failure to comply".

He then tried to deny me rights to an investigation, again until TeaM_Edge told him to give one.

By this time, I had enough of the abuse and just let him have his way by jailing me.

I did inform him, I will be reporting him.
