It's just a new version of the server, new scripts. Yeah, I guess there are many mistakes done, but that is to be fixed soon. The cause of inactivity is most likely the server crashes and downtimes.

SERVER REPORT
Ok,i was on server.So first thing i noticed was that it asked me to /c register all tough i all ready had an acc on old scripts.My bank acc was gone (All money deleted) some old commands where replaced with new ones,that dont seem to work,but only old ones are good for using.Example: When i spawned as officer it said something like this: Use /c cophelp for(idk what) and use /c stock to get an equipment,well i tried /c cophelp and it doesnt work and when you do /c stock it says: You dont own this proprty(<-- sry for that) so i used an old one,/c restock and it worked.All cars where changed(their spawned positions changed) so i couldnt find my faggio and i think that all car owning are gone.Soo..
Loader:/me thinks that server is pretty fu**ed up

I got self-trolled because i was writing this same report of the new server with my mobile phone and i somehow pressed back button and everything got deleted :P

Purchase it through a recognised company. If you are going to go onto a bidding site, just make sure it's one of the reliable ones with good protection systems in place (like eBay).

If you're buying it completely there's no rent, just the one payment. Delivery might cost you, depending on where you are ordering it from, but the game itself should not be very expensive. If you don't mind too much, you could even just go for a second hand disc which would be even cheaper and easier to find.

I cant activate the game from ps2 to pc using steam

I got a new pc so if i download/pirate it i could get viruses

The server has been down for quite a while itself, but if you cannot manage to purchase or get the game somehow, why would you waste our time on this application? Either get the game or withdraw it, I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. Keep in mind that this application has been open for almost a year, which is absurdly long time.
