How long have you played as a cop: The first thing I Did on Argonath was trying to catch criminals. So about 5 months.

Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department : Ever since I joined Argonath RPG, I have been looking up to the people who work as a team. I started as a ARPD officer, trying to catch criminals and earning money. I became more and more skilled because of the trainings the SAPD did. Now I try to join as many organised patrols and trainings that SAPD makes. Now, I want to take the next step into the Argonath PD world, joining SAPD. The last few days I have been patroling with the LVPD. They gave me the oppertunity to see how they work as a team and how they deal with certain situations. As SAPD I will help the United States of Argonath keeping there streets clean. For me this won't be just "a" job. It will be a honour to be part of the SAPD.

Notes: When starting the patrol, the LVPD was in a persude of the Crime family "Luciano". Following them with a car, we tryed to arrest or kill them. Once they jumped in a Boat, I wasn't able to follow anymore. I went C14 and went back to Las Venturas, doing traffic stops.
When arriving in Las Venturas, I saw a ARPD officer in problems. He was coverd behind a car and getting shot at. I Placed my car next to him trying to help him escape. The officer got killed and I needed to run because they where over running me. After buying new gear I desided to go to Los Santos doing some traffic stops. After beeing there for about 30 min, I assisted a ARPD Officer [Line] in a traffic stop. The suspect evaded the stop, and we followed him to Fort Carson. This is where we downed the suspect with lethal Force. Shortly after that EMS requested backup at country club San Fierro. Blocking the road to keep civilians away. When the fire was extinguished I went back to LSPD going out of service to make my daily patrol report.

Detailed describtion of training:

Training today consisted of breaching techniques and combat tactics when in a building with little space. Officer learnt to instinctively move after a breach fanning out taking cover and then regrouping to press on with the assault. Officer learnt flanking and how to suppress one suspect while a second team moves around to flank him resulting in minimal casualties and quick kills of suspects. Also taught was a specialist tactic to deal with suspects if they stand on top of stairs the tactic overwhelms the suspect and leads to quick kills with very few officers injured

Conclusion of training:
It was very good, after a few attempts all involved began to learn to immediately move and take cover then to regroup and push at one flank while suppressing the second suspect, it worked well and by the end of that segment of the training the officer were getting better and better and winning each and every round. Then we turned to the stairs, officers quickly picked up the tactic for dealing with people on the stairs and after just one go using the tactic they managed to subdue the suspects. Overall all the officers listened well and behaved well, there were a few instances of some shooting after being told to stop but overall it was ok .

1.) Officers Quickly picked up the method of dealing with suspects on the stairs

2.) Ensure you move when entering, staying still is the way to death

Detailed describtion of operation:
The operation was a traffic operation to stop and check drivers who entered Las venturas. Officers searched cars and drivers as well as checking documentation. Drugs and weapons were siezed if people were found in possesion of them. The checkpoint was setup well by ARA Leader monkey, special search booths were installed and a special truck lane was added. I recommend this setup for all traffic operations. All officer knew there role and it was a very smooth checkpoint after a few intial issues

Conclusion of operation:
The operation was a big sucess, all officer knew there role after a few starting issues and the checkpoint was efficent and created little to no traffic jams due to the design of the checkpoint. All vehicles that passed through were checked and several narcotics and weapons were seized by officers. Everyone on scene behaved well and communication was good informing the gate operators of who had been checked. I feel very happy with the operation and it was very enjoyable.

1.) Well done to the officers for helping with a fun and efficient checkpoint

Notes: When starting the patrol is started of as a normal day. Patroling Las Venturas for wanted criminals, soon i suspected that there was something wrong. The radio was silent and only 2 criminals where running. The next thing I noticed was a EMS calling for backup at a Fire. But before i reached the fire I was driving true Idlewood. Lots of players gathered up, it seemed that the "grove" gang got into a argue with "ballas". When i saw this I called instanly for backup, lots of ARPD officers responded. All equipted with riot helmets from the back of the cars we gathered up trying to control the situation. When the situation was under control most of the ARPD left the scene. But that was the time the fight started, Over the 7 players got suspected for "Assaulting civilians". When some of the got arrested the fight got even bigger when some civilians took weapons. Not taking any risks we imidiatly shoot back at the criminals. When returning to normal opperation the server disconnected.

Notes: When starting this patrol i left the LSPD in a unmarked buffalo going to patrol the Higeway of LS-LV. But when at the market ammunation i saw lots of players driving reckless. Trying to end those criminals from hurting civilians, I stopped one of the players who i ticketed for reckless driving. A other suspect evaded the traffic stop but he out runned me. Soon after that we got a call about a hostage situation going on at Conference center. Lots of cops came helping but it turned out as a disaster. When the nagociator got out of the building lots of ARPD officers started shooting and making the situation unhandable. This concluded 1 casualty under the police [The hostage] And more than 5 criminals Downed with Lethal force. After doing some more traffic stops, I desided to make my daily report.

Notes: In this shift there wasn't a lot of action. Most of the time i was doing traffics stops in LV.
Than there came 30 minuts of action. Lots of C30s and some officers died in battle. The C-P was located at luciano HQ.
But as soon as we arrived there the luciano's where spread out true the city of Los Santos.
