Directed to: SAPD authority.
SAPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Jackson Kendall - The officer has suspected Brian Luciano for sexual harassment, yet he added a term that has no relation whatsoever with law enforcement. Officers are expected to be professional all the time but this example is a complete contrary to it.
2. Officer's Department - I assume LSPD.

 a.
 b. Officer Nachinawo is witness (on duty)

Date: Thursday, October 25th of 2012.
Time: 18:35 (In officer Nachinawo's timezone, he lives in Dutch land)

Civillian(s) involved: Brian Luciano.

Signed
Lionel Valdes

On a side note; officer Kendall has bullied Valdes in TeamSpeak, calling him a kid. I am aware this does not fall in your jurisdiction, but it's your responsibility to make sure your officers are professional all the time, I don't mean baby-sitting.. But monitoring would be well (especially when Cpt. Adams was online [judging his access to patrol channel the time the incident happened]) TeamSpeak Manager Janek has warned the officer to be perm-banned if the bullying continues. Witness: Senior Officer Def Perry.

Due to several complaints which are semi valid towards Jackson Kendall, he is now suspended for 5 days.
If he continues to act as he is acting right now, he will be fired due to the chances issued as his SAPD conditions are set to a limited level whilst he got invited in the SAPD.

We cannot really deal with that either in specific points but we deal with the behaviour instead. Report is solid which requires no statement from the defending officer.
Jackson is not suspended because of this offence, but suspended for his behaviour which is a known concern towards him. No statements required for conclusion.

Regards,
Chief Hernandez
